To obtain a ready passport, it is NECESSARY to provide: a scan of the Russian passport (the first page + the page with the registration), as well as a power of attorney signed by the Applicant for a visa to obtain a passport by an employee of the company (it is not necessary to fill in the power of attorney). For minor Applicants (under 18 years), a scan of the Russian passport of the parent (the first page + the page with the registration) + a scan of the birth certificate of the child is applied.

I. For schoolchildren (under 18 years): 

  • Scan of the certificate from the place of study (school).
  • Scan of birth certificate 
  • Scan of Russian passports of both parents (first page + registration page). 
  • Scan of notarized consent of both parents to the child's independent travel to the UK. 
  • Scan of the sponsor letter from the person paying for the trip, indicating the relationship and the exact dates of the trip 
  • Scan of the certificate from the place of work of the Sponsor(s) on the letterhead with the stamp of the organization, with the obligatory indication of the position, the date of admission to the place of work, the amount of annual or monthly income (the amount of monthly income should be at least half the cost of the tour). The certificate is signed by two officials, for example, the head of the enterprise and the chief accountant. IMPORTANT: the Sponsor should not sign the certificate (if he(a) is the head of the enterprise or the chief accountant). 
  • Scan the Bank statement of the Sponsor's (s) account (preferably in English). 
  • The amount in the account must be at least the cost of the entire trip, including the mandatory minimum "pocket" money (for additional excursions, Souvenirs, etc.) at the rate of 100-150 pounds per week.

Notes:

  • ATTENTION! All financial documents (Bank statement on the outgoing balance, Bank account statement, certificate of employment) must be valid for no more than one month at the time of submission of documents to the visa application centre.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE! Embassy necessarily also performing the job! The phone numbers specified in the help form must be available from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time. It is UNDESIRABLE to give direct (mobile) phones of the person specified in the reference – only General access (reception, secretaries, personnel service, etc.).
  • If one of the parents died, a scan of the death certificate is applied. If the child has a single mother, a scan of the relevant document is applied.
  • It is necessary to obtain consent from both parents, even if the parents are divorced. Otherwise, it is necessary to attach a document confirming the impossibility of obtaining consent from one of the parents (police certificate, certificate of deprivation of parental rights, etc.).
