Добрый день.
Мы всегда приветствуем конструктивную критику.
Практически любые вопросы и проблемы можно решить в тот же день во время смены.
Однако от ребенка и от вас жалоб ни на телефон офиса, ни на дежурный номер вожатых не поступало.
Если претензия по питанию касается именно печенья, которое выдавалось детям два раза за смену в качестве бонусной
вкусняшки к ужину, то у нас не было сведений о запрете шоколада или чего-либо подобного для вашего ребенка. В следующий раз обязательно учтем этот момент.
Очень рады, что ребенку понравилось в нашем лагере.

Due to roommates, the child was punished (they brought food with them, and he treated himself to food). The organization of the process with a pool is generally not clear. Visiting days are Thursday and Tuesday. Question: why, having stopped on Wednesday and left on Friday next week, did the children visit the pool only 2 times? Photos. How many photos from all shifts were laid out, almost every step of the children, and this fact circumvented our shift. 3 parts of 100 photos, nothing at all. The film that was shot is not at all clear where to find it.

However, there are several questions regarding his attitude to the scientific program of our camp. Unfortunately, it’s not very clear why you didn’t completely like the cinema camp program that you ended up with.
Indeed, during this period of time, the scientific program did not work out.
You were offered almost any options:
1. Full refund;
2. Transfer to the next scientific shift
3. Transfer to another direction
You have chosen a movie direction.
A visit to the pool according to the program is 2 times per shift (and both times your child visited it).
I would also like to know the reason why the cinema camp staff received such a low rating from you.
Unfortunately, there is no way to contact you because your number is not responding.
Therefore, please contact us by mail.
Regarding photo and video materials, you received a newsletter with photos from the shift (about 300 photos of your direction in 9 days of the shift, as well as photos from general creative and sports events about 200 more).
The final film will be shown at a camp meeting in September at the cinema, and then made available for free download.

Good afternoon.
Unfortunately, this summer there were problems with the Internet on the base, and we could not, as before, do daily broadcasts from classes and evening activities in the camp.
But our operator made quality photos and videos throughout the shift, which will be ready in the fall.
All photos and videos are made on a professional camera, each photo session is held.
We sincerely regret that this year I failed the Internet, and we could not make a photo report every day.
As for the end of the shift, then the 10th day is always a day of fees.
Children have breakfast, gather, and all go down to the 2 floor to sign each other cards of achievements and say goodbye.

2. Nutrition, according to the responses of the child is very modest, the supplement was not offered, the children brought from the house did not give the children a change. (Explaining a possible allergy to cookies and so on from other children) But it did not put food on the way back on the way back and randomly distribute food to all those who wanted it; our guests ate some other child. And the water and a bottle of nurse to pass the children on the bus, too, did not stop.

1. The camp program is registered and approved for us, therefore all teachers know their duties and plan of studies. Classes were held in accordance with the established procedure, according to the schedule schedule grid. We completely exclude the fact that the teacher does not know what to do with his children. As the methodical department of the camp, together with the leading teacher, jointly develop the program for each race, taking into account the specific age and number of children.
Your child was 2 years older than the main group, because of the cancellation of a group of older children, due to illness and on the first day of the camp, we asked the child if he would like to go to another program where more of his peers are. The child answered that he was interested in everything and he would stay in the scientific camp.
2. The food in camp 5 is one-time, different-sized and the portions are very large.
Your child did not even eat a lot. Behind this moment watched by their leader.
Sweets, chips - in our camp, are really forbidden, we warn parents of children when booking the tour.
These snackbies are forbidden, since children stuff their bellies with dry food and do not want to eat normally. Therefore, for the health of your children, this rule applies in the camp.
3. Everything you talked about with our director over the phone was always brought to execution. You demanded that the child be transferred from the program of the scientific camp, but your child did not want to translate, because he was interested in studying. We also specially for your child arranged individual extra classes with our teacher.
You did not like that the administration did not do exactly what you wanted, but we relied on your child's wishes and his personal choice. The child himself asked him to leave the scientific camp, because he liked everything and he was waiting for individual lessons with the instructor.

4. We have one adult instructor - we have 4 children. Control of us is 100%. The windows were closed to the children before going to bed and asked not to open them. Unfortunately, children do not always fulfill the requirements and also cunning. The children opened the window in the children's room at night. Your child left the shift healthy. He did not have any complaints or colds.
It is unfortunate that you are currently hypertrophying absolutely all the events that are taking place to write this negative review and take revenge on the camp, that the camp administration first of all listened to the desires and request of the child himself, and not to the order of the parents.
The conflict with the junior participant on the shift was one-off and thanks to the help of teachers, it was quickly eliminated. No younger child was missing or jumping up, in such a form as you write.
5. We uploaded photos to a parent chat in WhatsApp for speed and your convenience, there were photos and videos.
Also we want to remind you that when communicating with WhatsApp with the rest of the parents, the other parents themselves made a note about the bias of the evaluation of the camp on your part.
