The help on form 079 should contain the following data:

•   information about vaccinations, Mantoux reactions;
•   extract from the child’s medical history with clinical and laboratory data not older than 1 month after the disease,
•   negative results of feces analysis on helminth eggs (Kato method) and enterobiosis (adhesive tape method);
•   main diagnosis;
•   certificate of the absence of contact with infectious patients at the place of residence and study from the SES (3 days before departure);
•   a mark about the absence of lice, skin diseases.

Sports insurance for a child, purchased independently by parents

Clothes and shoes:

• two pairs of shoes for the season;
• sports shoes;
• room slippers;
• tracksuit, warm sweater or windbreaker;
• elegant clothes (for a disco and competitions);
• umbrella (in case of rain);
• at least five sets of casual clothes (dresses, jeans, pants, t-shirts, shorts, skirts, etc.);
• at least 7 sets of underwear;
• cotton socks 5-6 pairs;
• 1 pair woolen socks;
• headdress (cap, hat or scarf);
• pajamas or nightgown.

You can also take with you: a camera, a player, books for evening reading, toys, badminton, tennis rackets, and more. A small amount of pocket money (we recommend limiting it to 500 rubles).

We strongly do not recommend taking with you:

• jewels;
• camcorders; portable computers;
• expensive cameras and mobile phones;
• matches, lighters, firecrackers;
• medications *;
• pocket knives;
• slingshot, toy weapons with pistons and bullets.

List of products prohibited by sanitary services for transfer to children in a country camp:

• carbonated drinks (except mineral water);
• loose biscuits, cakes, pies (any products with cream or filling);
• crackers, chips, nuts, chewing gum;
• dairy products;
• mushrooms;
• berries, citrus;
• soups, mashed potatoes, instant noodles; canned food;
• poultry-fish-meat, any smoked meats, sausage, etc .;
• cooked food (homemade, bought in cooking) – salads, pickles, patties, pies, dumplings, etc.

* If necessary, the use of drugs, they should be transferred to a medical office to the doctor (with a list) to control their use.

  We do not recommend giving portable computers and other toys to a child’s camp. After all, the child is going to rest, including from computers, electronic games, TV and other annoying benefits of civilization.
