Dates (duration of each lesson is 3 hours):
1) August 19-24 - daily from 11:00 to 14:00;
2) November 9-24 - 2 times a week (on weekends) from 16:00 to 19:00.
The address of the course location depends on the size of the group and will be further communicated to the participants. The organizer has 3 platforms (M. Arbatskaya., m. Krasnopresnenskaya and metro Elektrozavodskaya) in 5-7 minutes from the metro. Participants will travel to the venue on their own or with their parents.

Main program:
The purpose of the course is "Human Architecture" – the formation of a knowledge base and tools aimed at a better understanding of the adolescent himself, interaction with the outside world and help in building the further trajectory of self-determination.
During the course (6 sessions) the following questions will be answered:
In the course of the course, participants also receive the following knowledge: what is an employment contract; how to pay utilities; what is a resume; how to pass interviews; which means " speak from a social role " and much more!
Shift schedule:
Each lesson – is to immerse yourself in certain areas of life through business games, trainings and quests, during which the participant independently finds answers to questions.
Lesson # 1. Business game "Vectorium"
Each participant will become a citizen of the city " Vectorium " and live there for 20 years (15 to 35). Someone decides to devote themselves to education, someone will be interested in promotion at work, someone will immerse themselves in rest and travel, and someone will find themselves in family relationships. But is it possible to combine everything and will our hero like the result? After the game, using the knowledge gained, each participant will determine important areas of life for himself and will receive tools for further work with them. &Nbsp;
Lesson # 2. Communicative Quest "Best Candidate"
Participants will immerse themselves in the business part of our world and become managers of companies of different levels, in each of which, of course, there must be employees. How to find a literate specialist among the over-saturated labor market? What is a qualified employee and on what is the distribution of responsibilities? Having looked at the organization of the work process by employers, participants will understand the importance of combining good education, motivation to work and constantly increasing their own knowledge to get the work of interest.
Lesson # 3. The Game of Self-Determination &"The Dream Job"
It is not only the world of professions that is diverse, but the formats of activity in each of them. Somewhere most of the work is spent traveling and communicating with people, while in another place in the same position the employee works in the office at the computer. Understanding individual desires with regard to the forms and types of work activity is very important for conscious choice of future work. Participants will have to think about a dozen different categories, choose the ones suitable for themselves and determine what to look for when choosing a dream job.
Lesson # 4. Cinema
Participants will immerse themselves in viewing and discussing the film of social and psychological subjects "I and Others" and will answer the following questions: How to reduce the level of external influence on one's own actions? What is conformity and how much does our opinion depend on others? How does the development of the outlook influence the formation of a stable point of view?
Lesson # 5. Training on the disclosure of social roles and communications "I want to be this"
What is our impression of communicating with a person? What should the interlocutors be to make their interaction pleasant and effective? What does «act based on its social role»? The participants, working in micro-groups, will answer the questions posed above, try on different social roles and fix the knowledge gained in communication with each other.
Lesson # 6. Strategy game "My Vector"
Participants have to take responsibility for self-determination of another person – teenager Cyril, the hero of our game. His family fears for his future, because he does not understand what he wants. Will the participants make Cyril a subject of self-determination and what will their experience teach them? After the game, participants will determine their further professional and personal trajectory of self-determination with concrete steps for its implementation.
