Depending on age and weather conditions, children are housed in a three-story winter building or in separate summer wooden buildings. Children live 2-4 people per room. In each building on the floors are rooms of counselors who are around the clock with their children. In the children's rooms: single and bunk beds. In the building and in the territory there are 3 sanitary units: shower cabins, wash basins, toilets. Sanitary rooms are equipped with dispensers with liquid soap and paper towels.

A medical doctor answers for medical care. In case of emergency the child is delivered to the hospital in Dubna.
Professional teachers and psychologists work with children, as well as students of pedagogical universities.
The territory is fenced, guarded, in the evening illuminated. On the territory there are only children's groups, there are no strangers to adults. There is video surveillance.

Обстановка домашняя, нет строгого режима, подъём около 9 часов, дети могут выспаться. Классные развлечения, в виде бассейна, катания на лошадях, прогулок по лесу и вдоль реки, мастер -классы ( делали значки, можно хоть 10 шт, пекли и разукрашивали печеньки), праздновали Хэллоуин 🎃, закупили тыквы, дети сами вырезали фонарики из них, потом был аквагрим и разыгрывали сценки. Дискотеки с ростовой куклой- милым Чебурашкой! Одним словом, дети мечтают вернуться туда на следующие каникулы. Забыла про катание на буханке, это детям особенно нравится)

Не для притязательных родителей! Немного грязновато в комнатах детских, но дети сами должны убираться, это плюс. Приучают к самостоятельности. При поездке в магазин дети могут покупать все что хотят, а хотят они обычно чипсы, жвачки, и остальную запрещенку)

Это семейная база отдыха. С папой директором и мамой поваром.
Любовь и забота, развлечения и дружная компания детям обеспечены.
В меру трудностей, много радостей и незабываемое чувство Свободы.
Лошади - это отдельная тема и любовь всех детей.
Большое спасибо за отдых Сергею, Ольге и вожатым!

Ребенок забыл в лагере полчемодана. Пыталась с организаторами связаться в тот же день и позже различными способами (телефон, почта, контакт вожатых). Никто так и не перезвонил и не ответил.

В целом никаких недостатков нет, только если очень сильно постараться, то можно что-то придумать типа комаров по вечерам или дождливой погоды пару дней.

Здорово, что немного детей. От этого полное ощущение, что на даче у бабушки. Каждый день родителям высылают фото детей. Как же им там классно!

Не большое количество детей. Готовят по домашнему. Так как у нас нет бабушки в деревне - это и был отдых у дедушки в деревне. Со всеми фишками именно деревенской жизни.

Все супер. Дочка была первый раз в лагере. Это намного лучше, чем просто лагерь. Домашняя обстановка, доброжелательный персонал. Постоянные игры, развлечения и занятия у детей. За неделю дочка почти не брала в руки телефон. Обязательно приедем летом.

Всё отлично! Впечатления у детей остались только хорошие. Тихое, спокойное место, замечательный дом-настоящая усадьба! Отправляла двоих детей 9 и 11 лет. Время выбрали не в каникулы, когда мало ребят, присмотр был больше, чем надо!!! Развлечений предостаточно: катание на лошадках, походы в кинотеатр, катание на снегокатах, поездки в бассейн, прогулки в лес-там запускали дрон. В течении дня и вечерами играли в разные игры, смотрели фильмы на большом экране. Отдельная благодарность Дмитрию, кот. занимается этим проектом-мини дом отдых, я бы так назвала. Большое спасибо персоналу лагеря за тëплое отношение и вкусные завтраки, обеды и ужины. Моим детям очень понравилось, летом поедут снова.

В целом я и дочь довольны. Хорошие условия проживания, свежая деревянная мебель, текстиль.Питание устраивало. Прогулки, катания на лошадях, посещения бассейна - отличное времяпровождение для ребят в каникулы. С моей дочерью занимались математикой (оплачивала отдельно), за что я очень благодарна учителю (Титову Сергею Александровичу). Дочь отметила, что руководитель - Сергей Александрович, хороший руководитель и с чувством юмора. В усадьбе были коты - особая радость для моей дочери. Такой отдых отличается от буйной смены в лагерях с большим количеством детей, но тоже имеет место быть и займет свою нишу .

Это наш первый опыт. У меня было много страхов и сомнений. Но всё прошло просто замечательно! Ребенок в восторге! Активный и интересный отдых! Каждый день новые развлечения. Ребенок за неделю ни разу за телефон не взялся - на столько был увлечен разными занятиями. Вожатые суперские - ребенок полюбил их всех. Неделю потом делился впечатлениями и очень хочет вернуться туда снова. Спасибо огромное!

Главное - дочери понравился отдых. Она готова поехать туда на следующий год и рекомендовать друзьям.
По сути, это не лагерь, а именно база отдыха для детей, как собственно и позиционируется.
По словам дочери, еда вкусная, ей было всего достаточно.
У детей было достаточно свободы и организованного времяпрепровождения.

В целом для летнего отдыха - оптимальный баланс природы, детского общения, организации досуга и цены)

Нет большого количества детей. Находится рядом с Волгой. Есть система премирования детей баллами, в конце лагеря они могут их потратить на сладости. Занятия на лошадях. Если взять с собой удочку д=ребенку, можно и рыбку половить.

Дети практически весь день находятся на свежем воздухе, что очень важно летом. Несмотря на разный возраст, дети сплоченны, тёплая домашняя атмосфера. Добрые, отзывчивые, понимающие вожатые. Проводятся мастер-классы, езда на лошадях, купание, подвижные игры.
Огромный плюс - наличие естественного водоёма, река Волга.
Ребенку (10 лет) очень понравилось, просилась ещё туда, вернулась довольная и отдохнувшая, скучает по вожатым.

Еда довольно однообразная, особенно на ужин (почти всегда гречка). На завтрак - всегда каша (можно же хотя бы яичницу приготовить, запеканку например).
Не было обещанного костра, свечки организации творческих способностей детей (конкурсы, вокал, что-то музыкальное, например караоке, танцевальное что-то, соревновательное, эстафеты...)
Не было утренней зарядки, ну можно хотя бы 5-10 мин подвигаться под бодрую музыку, разогреться после сна?
Не было обещанного костра, свечки организации творческих способностей детей (конкурсы, вокал, что-то музыкальное, например караоке, танцевальное что-то, соревновательное, эстафеты...)

Это был наш первый опыт поездки без родителей. Дочка вернулась очень довольная. Сказала, что хочет и зимой на каникулы поехать, и следующим летом. Вожатые хорошие, умеют находить подход к детям. Купались, играли, занимались лошадьми. Всё здорово!!! Рекомендую усадьбу, для настоящего детского отдыха)!

Солнце, река, хоть весь день на природе - в наше время большое преимущество. Спасибо Учителю за такой отдых - дети каждый!!!! день ходили на Волгу. То есть воспитатели не боялись брать на себя ответственность уследить за всеми детьми на воде. Проще было закрыть детей за колючей проволокой на территории и не переживать. Но в Усадьбе знают, что для детей вода - это радость - радость. И доставляют эту радость. Ежедневный фото-видеоотчет воспитателя. Игры, развлечения, лошадки. Труд. Хорошее питание. Наш ребёнок, «малоежка», просил там добавки. Дома, к слову, то, что ел в лагере, есть не стал. Вот она сила свежего воздуха. Телефоны ограничивают. Что большой плюс. Передать можно ребёнку практически все (кроме скоропортящегося). В предыдущем лагере (как раз за забором с проволокой) детям разрешалось передать только сухое!!! печенье. Ни сок, ни конфет. В усадьбе детей в этом не ограничивают. Наоборот, сами раздают в качестве призов сладости.
Спасибо воспитателям - организовали и провели день рождения ребенку (отдых совпал с др). У ребенка только положительные эмоции. Готов был остаться и на 3 смену. Но обстоятельства не позволяли. Обязательно приедем ещё.
Да, и немаловажно - очень разумная стоимость.

В 2015 году на эту программу ездил сын (на тот момент 11 лет), и его оттуда было не вытащить. В 2022 поехала дочь - ей тоже сейчас 11, и ее тоже оттуда не вытащить )) Уже третий заезд, и хочет продолжения ) Забираю ее, только чтобы отмыть и постирать. Это настоящий детский отдых без дурацких линеек, показушных мероприятий и проверки вымытых рук. Зато с постоянным купанием в речке, копанием в песке и мини-походами в лес за земляникой. Кому вымытые руки важнее счастливого и довольного ребенка, тем не сюда. Формат выездов очень неформальный, группы бывает разновозрастные, но компания ребенку находится всегда. Вожатые справляются с ситуацией полностью, всегда на связи, отправляют подробные фото-отчеты. Отдельного внимания стоит катание на лошадках. Надо понимать, что это не конно-спортивная школа, а скорее покатушки, но на весьма приличном уровне (шлемы выдают). Лошадки воспитанные, под седлом ходят хорошо, дочь не новичок, так что ее оценка объективная. Спасибо огромное организаторам, что возобновили эту программу! Именно этого и не хватало на рынке детского отдыха )

Бытовые условия спартанские, и это как раз нормально. Но дочери не хватает в комнате хотя бы стула или вешалки. Вещи приходится держать только в сумке. В прочем, этот нюанс с лихвой перекрывается всеми остальными плюсами.

Сын первые 3 дня даже не звонил и не вспоминал про родителей! Телефоны детям выдают утром, в обед и вечером, чтобы они вышли на связь с родителями! Куратор смены всегда на связи по любым вопросам. Ежедневный фото и видеоотчет в общем чате.
Приезжала к детям, поэтому видела все своими глазами.
Живут в благоустроенных корпусах. Тепло, уютно. Горячая вода всегда есть. При всем комфорте размещения, дети находятся близко к природе: ежедневные прогулки, купания, походы, велопрогулки, байдарки, активити проходят на свежем воздухе, поля, просторы, растения и т.д.
За каждым ребенком на смену закрепляется велосипед и он на нем катается, сколько хочет. Ежедневно (кроме первого и последнего дня) выезжают на конюшню к лошадям! Дети ездят все, даже, кто не оплатил катание. А по платной программе детей обучают более профессионально уже и дольше.
В корпусе также проходят творческие часы, рисование, игры, просмотр мультиков или фильмов на проекторе.
Заезды не многочисленные, поэтому сохраняется ощущение "как дома". Дети принимают участие во всех процессах. Помогают накрывать стол, убирают за собой. Все очень просто, легко и непринужденно. Дети там на свободе!
Все содержание программы, заявленное в описании, было реализовано. У нас куратор смены был Дмитрий, дети были от него без ума. Позитивный, добрый, но держал дисциплину. Дети его слушались, хоть и не боялись. Спасибо всем организаторам и причастным за прекрасное лето детей.

Отличные условия проживания, питание, заботливые и участливые взрослые. Сын впервые отправился в поездку без родителей, было много переживаний, но ни одно из них не оправдалось. Каждый день насыщенная программа - прогулки, игры, купание, катание на велосипедах, лошадях, лодках, вечерний досуг в виде кино, словом, все что заявлено в программе - было. Грамотный режим дня, сплоченный коллектив, все организовано с душой и умом.
Отдельно хочется отметить уютные небольшие комнаты для детей в хорошем деревянном доме, очень домашняя атмосфера.
Так же был организован чат для родителей, где регулярно присылали фото.
