Since 2016, training in trampolines has been added to the training process, with the help of a coach - a master of sports in trampolines.

Jumping on the trampoline: the advantage of this simulator is that he trains the vestibular apparatus well. After all, at the moment of the jump, the person reflexively tries to adopt a position that will help to keep the balance and successfully land. So these exercises train him, develop, make him more perfect and improve coordination of movements. Such pastime is extremely useful for strengthening the muscles of the back and spine, it acts as an excellent prophylaxis of osteochondrosis.

Our entire coaching team , which we formed, – acting coaches from different hockey centers in Russia and abroad. And every year we hold some rotation, a partial replacement of coaches. Why do we do this? Because in each region of Russia its handwriting, originality in the training process, the variety of exercises and methodological features. We exchange experience, new ideas, improve the methodology, generalizing the accumulated experience.

In different years, such famous coaches as V. Yerfilov, N. Kazakov, A. Tkachuk (Krylya Sovetov), I. Khacy (Spartak), M. Komarov (Vanguard), A. Vasilevsky (Salavat Yulaev ), G. Refusal to participate in the camp:

If you refuse to participate in the camp, a deposit of 15 000 rubles for each shift is not refundable.
In case of illness confirmed by a doctor's certificate, the deposit can be transferred to the next year's payment account in the amount of 7500 rubles.

Warning: The camp management reserves the right to exclude a player from the camp without paying the remaining amount, for the following violations:

Separately, we calculate the cost of accommodation in the hotel in the event that more than one parent travels with the child.
