По вопросу замечаний: питание для детских групп регламентировано законодательством РФ, есть очень много ограничений. Мы в вопросе питания сами выступаем клиентами Базы отдыха и в этом сезоне можем сказать, что оно было очень качественным при соблюдении детского СанПина.
По поводу погружения - мы будем экспериментировать в этом направлении на межсезонных сменах.
Весь вопрос в том, что полное "погружение" на 2-недельной смене это большой стресс для ребят с начальным уровнем и очень усложняет процесс адаптации и раскрытия их личностей. Это возможно, но начиная с определенного уровня владения языком. Все-таки в первую очередь мы лагерь и наша задача обеспечить ребятам комфортную атмосферу.

Но обратите внимание, что питание для детских групп строго регламентировано законодательством РФ, есть очень много ограничений. Мы в вопросе питания сами выступаем клиентами и предъявляем требования к Базе отдыха. По оценке нашей команды в этом году оно было одним из лучших возможных на просторах Московской области в рамках СанПина.

The staff and organizers are very nice, nice, communicate well with children, try to do everything as well as possible. I liked everything very much! well, that did not use the phone. The program as a whole is good. accommodation - more or less normal.

Food is terrible, despite the so-called buffet - the children complained about the quality of food (not only my child, but I personally heard other children say the same to their parents). From fruits - apples of the past season and only for a mid-morning snack ... There was practically no pool, the water is dirty. For the change to the pool went 2 times, then it was closed, but the child was already sick, so the pool was no longer relevant.

Your comment on the food process! Our menu has been organized for 3 years without significant changes, but this year we have comments from the most enthusiastic to negative, like yours. From your comments, we conclude that we need to find new compromises on this issue between the norms, parents and children!

With regard to the pool - it is regularly cleaned, the quality of the water is constantly monitored and of course it is sometimes closed for complete cleaning and replacement of water. This is a working moment, inevitable in the period of children's recreation.

A lot of English, beautiful place, the camp is on the territory of the hotel (there are 4 other camps on the territory). Excellent swimming pool.

I chose a dance camp for my child! It was a priority! Angl.yaz for us stood in second place, but about the theater, we did not know anything. In fact, my daughter went to English all the time, did not dance much and took a lot of part in theatrical productions.
I believe that the task of these 2 weeks is not fulfilled! All activities were only in the first week, aimed at a concert for parents. In the second week everything was more than usual, even discos only 2 times in 2 weeks! In ordinary camps, discos almost every evening! Why is there no disco in the dance camp? The creative was common in the first week, but there were not any real creative dances in sufficient quantity! In the next. once we choose another dance camp, without a theater!

We have the main direction of the program, but there are additional programs that we offer as part of the shift at the request of the children: in particular, we have a new acting direction.
We are very flexible and always listen to the desires of children and parents. Anya had the opportunity to study only dance styles - we had 2 choreographers working at once, on a shift, both in the first and the second week. But there was an opportunity to choose other classes besides dancing, which she did.
The desires of the children are easy for us to understand, because we are in direct contact with them on a shift, but we can only learn the wishes of the parents from you! Therefore, we ask you very much: talk to us, we are always in touch during the shift and are available for any comments. I'm sure we would find a compromise with her and Anya between her and your wishes on the program!
We apologize for the shortcomings of communication and still hope to see Anya again on our programs, she is very clever!
