Three 3-storey buildings, equipped 4-bedded rooms. All rooms have access to a private balcony. Facilities (shower, toilet, washbasin) are located in the guest suite. Separation of household and sleeping areas allows you to make hygienic procedures more comfortable. Hot and cold water is supplied around the clock.

- На официальном сайте лагеря Мандарин подробно указано, что входит в стоимость путевки, а именно: проживание в 6-местных номерах с удобствами, 5-разовое питание по системе шведский стол, пользование всей инфраструктурой лагеря, включая бассейны и оборудованный пляж, участие в уникальной программе лагеря, которая включает в себя более 25 активностей в день от профессионалов своего дела.
- На территории лагеря есть много фонтанчиков с питьевой водой, дети о них знают и проблем с питьевой водой нет
- Выпечка подаётся и на полдник, и на завтрак, и на обед - разные виды изделий. Расходы ребенка в магазине родитель может легко контролировать лимитом.
- Стоимость поездки в аквапарк складывается из стоимости входного билета, аренды автобусов, работы сопровождения, сухих пайков итд. У родителя и ребенка всегда есть выбор из списка экскурсий или вовсе не посещать экскурсии.
- Благодарим, что оценили обширность программы лагеря. Действительно, на каждой смене в лагере Мандарин проходит профильная Неделя Росатома в рамках сотрудничества лагеря с Концерном "Росэнергоатом". Добрый день!
В лагере каждый день работало более 20 кружков, студий и спортивных секций. Об этом было указано в афише дня, которая висела в отрядных холлах у детей и в других общественных местах лагеря, также афиша выкладывалась на сайте и в соцсетях лагеря. Возможно, на особо популярные кружки могла образоваться очередь, однако имея желание, каждый ребенок мог в любой день попасть на нужный кружок.
Для безопасного отдыха детей на заезде был организован осмотр вещей, в ходе которого изымались предметы, запрещенные к провозу в лагерь. Также при обнаружении изымались предметы в ходе смены.
Если у вас имеются замечания к конкретным сотрудникам (вожатым, руководителям кружков), для эффективной работы просим изложить их письменно и с именами на почту pr@chernomor.com

Рады, что Вы и Ваш ребенок смогли по достоинству оценить развивающую программу лагеря, территорию. Мы стараемся каждый год удивлять наших клиентов новыми кружками и студиями, новинками в инфраструктуре.
Что касается тараканов - их в лагере нет. Такие вопросы строго контролируются администрацией лагеря и и компетентными органами. Это были крымские жуки, занесенные в красную книгу. Лето - период их активности, когда вечером они появляются, а утром исчезают, как будто и не было! Вожатые вечером проходят по комнатам детей, чтобы выключить свет и закрыть окна и шторы. Горничные всячески помогают в уборке помещений. Мы делаем все, чтобы снизить дискомфорт от жуков.
Очень приятно, что ребенок хочет вернуться в лагерь снова. У нас уже открыты продажи путевок на осенние, зимние и весенние каникулы в лагере "Ай-Кэмп" с крутыми тематиками и по приятной цене. Будем ждать вас на отдых!

По поводу моря и бассейна. Пляж лагеря и бассейн были готовы к заезду детей. Администрация лагеря всячески способствует купанию детей и развлечениям на море и у бассейна. Однако погода на 1 смене была не на нашей стороне.
Как только прогрелся бассейн до температуры 22 градуса, мы запустили купание детей. То же самое и с морем. В дни, когда море штормило и было холодным, дети выходили на пляж на прогулки, играли, участвовали в анимации и разных конкурсах.
Онлайн веб камеры работали исправно всю смену.
По поводу кафе - возможна была установка лимита на траты в день. Экскурсии не проводятся уже второй год, согласно требованиям Роспотребнадзора.
Очень жаль, что нам не повезло с погодой в этом июне, однако команда лагеря старалась, чтобы отдых детей был насыщенным и интересным.

For its part, the camp team is doing everything to compensate for the children’s lack of swimming in the sea in bad weather.
The beach works, animation, volleyball and football are held on the beach, you can ride from an inflatable slide or do creative work at master classes.
The camp also has a pool and a jacuzzi, which are open daily. The three-stage water purification system in the pool is absolutely safe for children and meets all standards.

Thanks also to the doctors, very friendly and attentive people, as well as professionals. A truly innovative camp, interesting clubs and excellent infrastructure! The son went to zero shift-sports. In the camp there is a wonderful volleyball court and an excellent football field. No order, So the strongest bathed. Little people just dreamed about the pool. A buffet is also a disaster. Children stood in the sun for 40 minutes in line. Often, fruit was not delivered to those who did not break into the front ranks. It's humiliating.

The declared program is not 100 percent fulfilled. Organization at zero. Most of the time my child just staggered around. On the sea were not even once. Declared yachting our team did not get. The place for scientific experiments in practice is just a steam room, in which it is impossible to be. The work of counselors on 2. No organization and consistency. They went to the medical station - it's too bad. Then without food, you will not question things. The leaders did not trouble themselves to visit their children - so 2 days lay in utter boredom, until I insisted that children be brought at least table games. Sports equipment, also on schedule. Declared Fly Yoga in practice was normal - and even then not regular. In a word, spoiled vacations and wasted money!

All that you promise you will receive, but not as described, about what I will say in detail in the shortcomings. In general, the atmosphere of fun and lack of any restrictions - "Island of Fun". children are indisputably captivating and very happy. They are not forced to do anything, they are not made demands (you can even not eat, do not sleep, do not wash, do not dress ...). And the fact that by the end of the shift you will grow donkey ears or, for example, you will get sick, this is the same program of education of responsibility in the child. I think this is a virtue. In a four-star hotel, under the responsibility of bold camp workers - it's very cool. Once again I will note - very beautiful territory, a good fence and persevering protection. Close to the ideal is cleanliness, scrabble the territory during the day regularly. Many good young counselors! My children are not sick and for this special thanks. Wonderful air, lots of greens! Children have found many new friends and this is their biggest acquisition from the camp. Org. issues are resolved without unnecessary red tape, which is also a huge plus. And many thanks to the manager of Chernomor Gaevskaya Valentine, for efficiency, attention, politeness and patience!

Well, now about the "Island of Fun". Not all children need and can have as much freedom as they give you here. Camp on the basis of the former Kakadu camp, read the reviews (from the rebranding here only the facade and walls). If a child, for example, is 7 years old, then do not put him to bed, do not send a wash (if in the conditions of the lack of time of the camp he falls asleep on the bench - as was ours), in my opinion, this is a crime. I did not see the care programs at the age of seven. if not for the elder brother, he would not have his nails in the boots and spent several nights in a dream just on a bench. The camp is overcrowded - it's the children who begin to understand on the vaunted "buffet" that you'll be standing in the queue for a long time on the heat (though an exception for kids). From here comes the mode - go to a cafe and buy a high price tag pizza and other food garbage. Call your parents - give me money! And there is no need to blame children for the fact that they are so unconscious that they do not want to stand in the heat in the hour line. I, too, when I come to a 4 or 5 star hotel, do not want to stand in line and have not seen them in hotels for more than 5-10 minutes anywhere else (and only in the cooking zone). It is not necessary to deceive that their children create themselves. If you arrive an hour after the start of the meal, you may be met by the same queues, but with a smaller assortment of food. In the dining room, there is obviously not enough seating and in this you will not force the administration to confess and apologize. Then we will project it into circles. My children could not get into half of the circles. Here, too, the race for survival and understanding on the part of the leaders in this matter can not be found. Seven-year 21 days spent on the playground, in the Toy Library, the vocal and the Toy Library are the most unpopular places. I accept the apology of the camp that the counselors in our shift were not "very happy" with the children, and they were more likely to follow their children, but I do not understand that to me this is their "not very" seven-year tour as a gift for another shift? Nobody offered me this. Pay attention to the child here do not wake up. It's very cool - the baby gets enough sleep, however, it gets enough sleep when there is a promising breakfast and master classes ... the question: why then English and Chinese ... You did not pay for it, but for an overnight (before 4) amusement for the child , with daytime sleep without breakfast (this is an option that was with older children). I was shocked by the stories of the elders, as playing cards at night (with the permission of the counselor), some children fell asleep and spent the night / midnight on the floor. By the way, cards can be bought in a stall in the camp territory and the fact that children learned to play in them here is also a drawback! Separate happiness is the replacement of linen on demand .. but if it is from a seven-year-old child did not arrive, then this is nonsense ... the rules of sanpin in this matter do not work. Here, as a trifle, I note: with the shower there were problems + not all repairs were completed. What is not at all - arbor, in which you can communicate in the camp of the child with a parent. Sit in the sun or rain next to the gate and parking and enjoy the conversation or go for the territory ... and outside Zaozernoye, stuck in the 80-ies. Now the beach and the sea ... I was in a lakeside 9 days - I did not bathe. It's not even about the temperature of the water (it's almost always not high here). In the sea and on the beach there are many algae that you do not want to go into. The place for the camp, from the Tz contact with the sea (as a camp at sea) is chosen, in my opinion, not the most successful. With all the administration's efforts to clean the entrance to the water from the algae, they did not succeed. But they can not even warm up the sea, but here the laws of nature are included. Children drew attention to the poor quality of the beach. But this is not a lack of a camp, it is a feature of the nature of this place.
