Autumn Scientific Camp Commander - will be held on the basis of the sports hotel complex Atron .

Complex " Atron " is a 5-story building:

1 floor: reception service, conference room, lobby bar; security; medical center

Добрый день.
Мы всегда приветствуем конструктивную критику.
Практически любые вопросы и проблемы можно решить в тот же день во время смены.
Однако от ребенка и от вас жалоб ни на телефон офиса, ни на дежурный номер вожатых не поступало.
Если претензия по питанию касается именно печенья, которое выдавалось детям два раза за смену в качестве бонусной
вкусняшки к ужину, то у нас не было сведений о запрете шоколада или чего-либо подобного для вашего ребенка. В следующий раз обязательно учтем этот момент.
Очень рады, что ребенку понравилось в нашем лагере.

1. Удобная организация трансфера: всё чётко, слаженно, по графику.
2. Ребёнок сказал, что еда была вкусной, к питанию претензий нет.
3. Условия проживания оценить затрудняюсь, т.к. их не видела (со слов ребенка, в номере было очень жарко и днём и ночью).

Основное разочарование (и моё и ребенка) - наполнение программы.
При выборе лагеря ориентировались на описание "Научной" смены на сайте лагеря, в котором было представлено большое количество опытов (физика и химия доступным для детей языком). По факту на протяжении всей смены получили 2 раза в день занятия робототехникой + небольшие вариации на общие занятия (рисование, бисероплетение и т.д.). На третий день пребывания в лагере связалась с дежурным вожатым, чтобы понять когда же начнется заявленная программа. Мне сказали, что так как робототехника это самый сложный предмет, ему на начальном этапе уделяется большее количество времени, а дальше будет интереснее. Но, увы, "дальше" так и не наступило. Я понимаю, что согласно договору, организатор имеет право менять программу по своему усмотрению, и де-юро, претензий к организатору быть не может, но все таки хотелось бы, чтобы заявленное в описании программы на сайте (ведь именно по нему делают выбор и дети и родители) было ближе к действительности.

1. Интересная программа.

- Negative

1. Абсолютно не организованный трансфер. Детей как попало забирают и как попало привозят, никто вообще не следит, чтобы передать детей родителям, вожатым просто плевать!
2. В бассейн за смену их отряд не сходил ни разу. Как так? Зачем справку для бассейна брали тогда и сдавали анализы?
3. Связи с вожатыми нет вообще, кому задать вопрос/попросить о помощи ребенку - вообще непонятно.
4. Вернули больного ребенка! О том, что ребенок заболел не сообщил вообще никто. Все выходные мы провели дома и лечили ребенка после лагеря.
Столько читала положительных отзывов, а по факту моя оценка 3 и не более.
НЕ рекомендую.

The children went to the camp from 12.06 to 21.06. Thank you so much!! The boys really liked it! Everything is well organized. The children learned a lot. In the camp, if you can say so, a good family environment. They said that the next year will necessarily go to two shifts in a row.

With hot water the problem of the base is already solved. Unfortunately, it was on your shift that an accident occurred at the substation, so this force majeure happened.
With the question of eating, we have been fighting for a long time.
Unfortunately, very often parents ignore our request not to give children food to the camp. Therefore, most come with a package of drying, biscuits, thereby hammering the stomachs before the main meals. Therefore, for example, they do not eat all of the lunch portion, which is why, in a few hours, they naturally want to eat again.
Portions in the camp are large, but if you do not eat something in time and stuff your belly with breadcrumbs, of course there will not be enough food!
