The program Civilization PRO is a program-project: all events are created on the program together, each participant has the opportunity to get in practice the experience of creating their own project. It is a platform for the implementation of new ideas in their lives and the search for him. The program takes place in the form of a game on the ground (Valdai national Park) with its economy, politics, diplomacy and culture.

The program is held in the Novgorod region in the Valdai National Park on the shore of Lake Velia.

Living and dining conditions

Participants live a real camp life: they sleep in tents in their sleeping bags, they prepare firewood on their own, prepare food at the stake. Perhaps, especially if there is no tourist experience, the participant will experience the discomfort associated with marital life.

Participants are grouped into working groups of 5-8 people each. All household issues are decided by the participants in their groups. They distribute duties themselves, decide how they will prepare food and maintain order. The instructor helps to ensure security, and acts as a consultant.

Accommodation in 4-person tents. The personal belongings of the participants are stored in the tents of the tents. The toilet is rustic. Once or twice a camp is organized for the program.

Food is organized as follows: three meals a day are planned. Each working group decides what to cook at each meal, receives food from the camp manager and independently organizes cooking and washing dishes after. During the game « Civilization » food is organized in the same way, only the products are purchased on the game currency in the camp territory.

This will be a MEGA-GAME with adventures, intrigues, diplomacy and negotiations, competitions and travel. And, of course, there will be winners!

On the program you will learn how to build, preserve and develop your own Civilization, how to avoid mistakes, creating your own world. Here you have the right to arrange everything in its own way. You yourself have to decide in which team you will go to « island » how your world and your environment will be, what heritage of ancestors you will preserve, and what you will change and create a new one. The choice will be yours. As far as you know, Robinson Crusoe was faced with this choice by fate, throwing it on an uninhabited island. « Civilization » – this is a challenge that you throw yourself.

You are provided with secrets, surprises and surprises from the masters of the game. You will find interesting communication with your comrades on the island » and the opportunity to learn something new about yourself. You will learn to understand the laws that help to preserve and multiply the heritage of civilization, and to win, despite the lack of resources and forces, the intrigues of competitors, sudden changes in weather and mood.

Create a society that you like: strict order and hierarchy or democracy and the efforts of volunteers? Choose with whom you play: with rivals or partners? Decide how to come to a common opinion without destroying friendly relations? Do you always need a common opinion?

In the game « Civilization » we will not give you the right answers to these questions, but you yourself will certainly find them by trading, fighting, conducting intrigues and celebrating victories with other teams from the same gamblers like you.

The program has a flexible mode of the day. Usually it is made together with the participants, based on their requests. The rise and the beginning of quiet time is also established by a joint contract.

1 day – Collection and departure from Moscow by bus. The beginning of the program in the bus: familiarity with participants and instructors, division into working groups. Arrival. Crossing. 2 days – The first test to test yourself and your abilities. Scheduling a shift.

Day 7 – Creating teams for the game « Civilization » (groups of participants of 5-8 people each). Introductory game.

Day 8 – Rope rate – this is a test of the willingness of teams to play. Start the game « Civilization » ;. Landing on the island » (small pieces of sushi on the shore of the lake, each « Civilization &rags; land on its land).

9-12 days – The game « Civilization » *. Autonomous residence on the islands » independent « Civilizations » Creation of the state, with the management, the economy, a policy, strategy and culture.
