* When preparing documents for participation in the program, parents fill out a questionnaire for the child, in which there are many points that reflect the individual characteristics of each child. Not knowing the child, the instructor is primarily from the questionnaire, if it is completely filled, has the opportunity to get information about the participant:

- medical data (is there an allergy to food, drugs, is it necessary for a child to adhere to some kind of diet, take medicine, are there any health problems); (the presence of chronic diseases, the need to take medications, the need for a diet, allergic reactions - it is necessary to describe in detail (even if it was an isolated case, starting from the moment of birth): what and when there was an allergic reaction, by what means they were dealt with)

- personal psychological characteristics of the child (with whom is it more comfortable to communicate with him, are there any communication problems, what situation can become stressful, how can you convince the child, etc.)

- additional wishes and comments from parents regarding their child, some points that you need to pay attention to.

After distributing the children in the camp according to the teams, the instructor of each team will definitely get acquainted with the children's profiles and all the wishes of the parents.
