Our accommodation in the Crimea - Children's Health Camp "Cypress" in Alushta - this is one of the greenest health resorts of the seaside town of Alushta. The camp buildings are buried in cedars, magnolias, palms and, of course, cypresses! Evergreen shrubs and trees saturate the air with phytoncides, making the park a natural inhalator, which is very important for strengthening the health of children who come here on summer vacations. A picturesque park with unique species of trees and bushes occupies 3 hectares, surrounded on all sides by mountain ranges, which creates a special microclimate - a combination of forest, mountain and sea air.
Children are accommodated in two 4-storey buildings with 250 seats each. The first building after major repairs with 3-4-5-6 local rooms with amenities on the block. Second building with 3-4-5-6 bed rooms with shared facilities. &Nbsp;
Each room has a clothes hanger, a wardrobe, a bedside table. On the floor there is a living room with linen dryers, ironing board, iron and hair dryers, which children use only in the presence of counselors.

There are 2 sports fields (football, volleyball) with rubber coating.
The highlight of the children's and adolescent camp outdoor swimming pool with fresh water . In the evening the pool is illuminated by underwater searchlights. The size of the pool is 10x15 meters. Here, children learn to swim and swim.
For a meal in the camp is built a modern comfortable dining room for 450 people . Power-5-time, is carried out in accordance with the approved SES menu. The food is varied, Crimean fresh vegetables and fruits are always brought from the state farms of Bakhchisaray.
The beach The camp is small-peaked, equipped with awnings and sunbeds, is located 800 m from the dormitories. Children on the beach deliver comfortable own buses . Here, the wellness procedures are performed, the children play, sunbathe, bathe in the sea.

This training is not about how to make the right robot out of your child. This training is about the beginning of the life path, about the choice, about responsibility for one's life, about goals, about dreams. This is a direct and open conversation about life, about the future, and about all that teenagers do not want to talk about with teachers at school, and sometimes with parents at home. According to polls conducted by parents of adolescents who previously held our leadership programs for adolescents, participants noted increased self-reliance, improved academic success, changes in family communications, increased self-esteem and the acquisition of confidence in communicating with teachers at school and the authority among friends.

Most schoolchildren in their 12-16 age group are faced with a motivational crisis in educational activity, which is associated with a negative attitude towards the school as a whole and the necessity of its attendance. Training to increase the motivation of learning activities will help the teenager understand the main goals and benefits of learning, feel confident in the process of learning activities, create a positive attitude.
Guys will learn how we create events for our conferences, camps and seminars, from beginning to end. How to choose an interesting topic? How to correctly calculate human and other resources? How to work with different age groups? What should be taken into account during the prescription of the event? These and many other questions will be answered by the participants during the workshop. Also, children will learn the skills of speaking and working with the audience and learn how to make table games.
Organized by practical managers, leading a successful business. In this workshop, a separate emphasis is placed on the education of human qualities in participants. Participants are given not only knowledge that can be useful to the entrepreneur in their playing space, but also qualities and character traits that need to be educated in themselves to become successful. In the process of participating in the workshop, the guys develop their own innovative business projects and present their presentation.
During which a professional psychologist will help the children decide on where to go to school? Which profession to choose? These are the issues that all teenagers face.
