Хотели бы прокомментировать ваши замечания:
1. Информация о времени возвращения из лагеря высылалась в информационной рассылке перед отъездом в лагерь. Также, после поступления нескольких запросов от родителей, мы продублировали эту информацию накануне возвращения. Возможно, письмо попало в спам?
2. Касательно публикации репортажей из жизни лагеря - мы обязательно учтем ваше мнение и изменим подход к публикации фото, добавим больше описаний происходящего за день. Благодарим, что вы обратили на это наше внимание!
Ссылку на архив всех фото со смены мы высылаем в течение недели после завершения смены.
3. Касательно сопровождения автобусов: в обязательном порядке мы направляем уведомление в ГИБДД на каждый рейс автобусов. По общим регламентам ГИДББ сопровождение машиной автобусов - это обязательная опция, когда следует именно колонна автобусов (колонна - это 3 и более автобуса).
У нас этим летом заезды проходят по 2 автобуса. В этом случае ГИБДД может инициативно выделить машину сопровождения по каким-то внутренним регламентам, но это решение обычно связано с режимами повышенной опасности региона, ландшафта, перекрестков и т.д. В нашем случае такого нет. Все автобусы имеют необходимый пакет документов и принимаются для постановки на маршрут соответствующими органами.
4. По поводу телефонов - в современном мире наша задача это не ограничить ребят от гаджетов в формате запрета, а научить их делать свой свободный выбор в пользу других занятий. Именно поэтому наши занятия и мероприятия так разнообразны!

1. Living conditions caused utter discomfort for a child who had previously traveled more than once — cardboard walls and partitions in the rooms of the Olimp Park Hotel (the children didn’t live in the big building in the photo on the camp’s description, but in the barracks to the right of him). The absence of locks in the bathroom and on the doors in the room, as well as the slightest ventilation, makes, to put it mildly, uncomfortable all the intimate moments of the toilet for the children living together in a small room.
2. The most unpleasant disappointment from the camp is the inability of counselors and curators to establish trusting relationships with children. My child could not share problems with them, as adults in the camp have the practice of telling stories and making fun of children from previous shifts, indicating the names of those who made a mistake or did something wrong.
3. We went to the eSports League camp overwatch change. There was no eSports, as such. This is another fact why the son asked to pick him up early. All e-sports consisted of evening games on the computer "whoever is what", there was no analysis of the game or team building. Counselors said that everything was in the plans and that we were leaving in vain. However, according to the camp reports and info from the guys who stayed, the miracle did not happen. Weak wi-fi, a lack of computers and a lack of cyber program will surely disappoint those guys who are seriously passionate about eSports.
4. Regarding the extreme and activities, yes, there are really a lot of them in the camp. And the counselors there are actively engaged in this area, however, who else would ensure the safety of these events ... There is such entertainment in the program as geocaching with one of the counselors. Children rush with him along potholes and roads in a crammed full of pimped-up cars, "from which the bottom falls and which was bought by the counselor for 30 thousand" (the price, apparently, is a separate pride of the young man).
In general, I am in complete disappointment from this camp. One beautiful advertisement ...

It is unfortunate that you took the child the day after arrival!

We answer your questions:
1. All customers are informed that the children will live in a separate 2-story building, built specifically for children's groups, the conditions in which correspond to the requirements of SanPin. The rooms are quite comfortable, designed for 3 people, with all the amenities in the room. All photos of the rooms are posted on the site.
Regarding the closure of the toilet rooms - yes, they really do not lock, as this is an official fire safety requirement!
The noise isolation of the rooms is average, however, for three years of our programs on this base there has not been a single such complaint. We will consider.

2. Our counselors have a pedagogical education and take six-month courses at the School of Counselors. Many of them work for many years, the curator spent more than 100 shifts.
Your child spent a day and a half in the camp, after which you took him. Since the first 2-3 days are adaptive for children, creating trust relationships on the day of arrival is an impossible task. Relations in the unit, as well as relations with counselors are built throughout the shift.
Of course, the children are different, with different temperament and character, but if the child does not listen to the elders in any form, does not follow the daily routine, the institution in the camp and secretly escorts parents to the corps on the second day of their stay in the camp - the question arises of his readiness to be on similar program. Usually, counselors and teachers find an approach to the most difficult teenagers within a few days. But this cannot be done if the child was taken from the camp.

3. Yes, this is an eSports camp, but this does not mean that children will play computer games around the clock. In addition to events of the eSports direction, there are also other active events and outdoor games that are planned for the entire shift.
We cannot be held responsible for the expectations of the child that he will be at the computer 24 hours a day.

The shift was 46 children and more than 40 units of computer equipment - laptops, computers and consoles.
Children are divided into groups for classes in computer classes so that everyone has enough equipment, otherwise such classes simply do not make sense.
The cyberclass has dedicated Internet on a satellite dish, with a speed sufficient to carry out the planned activities of the eSports direction.
WI-FI in the case has a weak signal, since it is not designed for games and tournaments - it is a guest network available in rooms.

4. The event "Geocaching" is navigation and orientation on the ground, the search for objects using a metal detector, etc. Yes, there is a car in the camp for transporting the necessary heavy equipment (including metal detectors) from the housing for children to the venue of this master class (distance of about 300-400 meters). In the rain, children are also taken in this car, their seats fastened and no more than the maximum permitted number of passengers. The car has passed the necessary maintenance and is in good condition. Also, for everyone, a master class on acquaintance with the structure of the car was held.

The food in the dining room is excellent - everything is fresh and there is a choice. Daily activities do include active (pool, games and quests in nature) and educational games (robotics, 3D pens). Our daughter stayed for an extra 3 days at will, which we did not expect on the first trip to the camp. In general, we do not regret and hope to return next year. Now, apparently, they save. On winter shift children were taken to the boarding house. Conditions are depressing. The child returned hungry. In the room there was a TV. The remote control was removed for 3 days. After the lights out, the children played phones, no one selected them. Although it was assumed that the phones are issued once a day for a call to parents. For the whole shift there were no vegetables or fruits. Some sausages for breakfast. But they gave a lot of sweets. The leader was with her child, I think it's a big minus. After 3 days the child actively asked to go home. He says that in the camp was not very much and will not go. Although before the trip she asked to go to the camp. Adult children from another camp climbed to the balcony of the room. Expensive for 6 days. Last year, the child had more interesting impressions of the camp.

The sanatorium in which the children rested was officially opened by Rospotrebnadzor and has the right to host children's groups. There we have a rest not one season.
The 5-time power supply assumes the following menus. For breakfast, there are always several dishes: porridge (required), cottage cheese casserole, omelette, butter, bread, tea, cocoa. Lunch consists necessarily of vegetable salad, first and second dishes and a drink. Afternoon snack - tea, pastries, fruit (apple, pear, orange, mandarin). Dinner - salad, second course, drink. Evening dinner - kefir, yoghurt, juice. Sausages really were on the menu, but once in a shift.
The guard is on our floor (first) around the clock. Also security at the entrance to the sanatorium.
The remote control from the TV is always removed the first hour after the children are placed in the room.
We do not select phones for children, but we take them for safekeeping. In this shift, only two girls, the eldest 8-9 years old, who have been telephones with us many times in our camp. On the first day we agreed with them that we would leave the phones with them, and they would call up in the evening with their parents. We assume that at a quiet hour the girls managed to play with the phone.
The child actually was in the camp, but this did not affect the rest of all the rest of the children. Since he also participated in the program.
In parallel with us, children from other camps of our company rested on the base. The situation with the balcony is one-time, because the children had a sports game, the route of which took place near the children's balconies.

Camp on the basis of a children's sanatorium, which means there are doctors and medical equipment around the clock, which naturally calms the mother's soul. The territory is very green, just drowning. I liked very much that almost every day the photos are laid out, you can immediately see how your child is there. My son was very pleased - they conducted experiments, various games and competitions. He did not like the food, but he almost does not eat anything in the garden, so it's not objective. The living conditions are excellent - 4 people in the ward, there and then has a bathroom. Many thanks to the leader Yule for patience and work when working with my hyperactive boy :) the next year we will try to come again, my son also asks for this, but all the same the two shifts are expensive for one season in one season.

I liked everything, I said that I would stay. Many games, a variety of leisure, for such a short shift had time to prepare a small concert. The food was pleasant. Thank you to the counselor Irina, I said that I would very much like to get to her again. Living conditions are good - three people in the ward, a toilet, a shower separately for boys and girls. The nurse helps to wash, the children are watched to wash, brush their teeth. The phones are kept by the leader, children call in the evening and in the afternoon do not get distracted by calls. Transfer to the camp in good buses with police escort. The area is wonderful. There is a large playground, a football field, and asphalted paths and tents, where children are engaged in creativity. The camp is wonderful, the daughter is delighted. After last year's shift, she sang a song about Eroshka for a month))).
The rooms are clean and cozy, they were tasty (according to the child).
I really liked that once a couple of days on the site laid out photos. With great pleasure they looked at them. I always recommend the camp to friends and acquaintances. Daughter will definitely go again.
