Students during the program live in the student residences of Villa MSM (U Svobodarny), CZU and Masarykova kolej. All places have the same terms of living standards.

Security and health services:In the team of the organizers of the Czech sports camp are people who control everything that happens, from food and ending with a cultural program. Professional coaches and experienced supervisors will ensure that all rules are carried out clearly and strictly, despite the characteristics of youthful nature. You can be sure that your child will be safe for the duration of his stay in the summer sports camp in the Czech Republic.
Main program:
Classes will be held on the basis of the most modern and large fitness center in Prague Daily Fitness. Daily Fitness has all the ultra modern conditions for group and individual lessons, including your own ring! All the sports equipment from the company Star Trac and corresponds to the latest world fitness trends. Simulators for Daily Fitness were chosen by specialists, and the first to test them were representatives of the company "Star Trac" by Wayne Gordon &Wayne Gordon and Jenny Pacey.
The camp is suitable for both beginners and professionals; both for guys and for girls. All the guys will be divided into groups according to their combat skills. The main feature of the camp – the main emphasis in training will be directed to honing the technique of kicks and hands, defense, blocks, various tricks, street self-defense, stretching the body, reaction, strengthening physical condition and endurance, but without personal contact sparring. Therefore, parents can not worry that someone can get injured, that for these sports is very common.
Students of the program "Martial Arts Camp in Prague" will learn the techniques of such martial arts as:
- K-1: sports discipline of the type of Thai boxing &kickboxing, which combines various martial arts and competitions. « K » denotes control, 1 this is the desire to be the first. The main difference between K-1 and kickboxing in using knees, this is allowed in K-1, but not in kickboxing.
- Thai boxing: fighting sport, also known as the art of the eight limbs, because punches, elbows, legs and knees are allowed. We also offer non-contact training for beginners.
- MMA: a fighting sport that includes punches and seizures, standing and floor fighting, and a combination of various techniques of other martial arts. At present, this is a very modern and demanded discipline, which, in addition to maximizing the shape, leads to complete brain relaxation.
Practically non-contact trainings, without sparring, the presence of all protective elements and supervision of trainers make the martial arts camp in Prague absolutely safe for participants. We provide an opportunity to plunge into the world of sports, adrenaline and motivation.
MSM practices an effective combination of study and rest, which allows you to achieve maximum results! Throughout the program, in addition to intensive training, the guys are engaged in English with native speakers. This program will help participants to win not only in the ring, but in life as well!

Upon arrival in the camp, the participant must have with him 100 EUR for a deposit for the period of study, the deposit is returned on condition that the student did not violate the regime (smoking, drinking alcohol) and did not damage the furniture. My granddaughter was relaxing in Prague at the tennis academy in July 2019. I will list the shortcomings: when I arrived at the hostel it was not said about the means of sanitation, I had to buy everything in euros; food - especially dinners want the best, children bought fruits and ate them all the time, didn’t want pasta, excursions to Munich were organized very poorly - three hours drive and an hour in the city without a guide. They don’t want to go to Prague anymore.

Good tennis and language lessons. Responsible curators. Enjoyed the trip to Karlovy Vary. It's great that they give a SIM card and a travel card.

The building is scary, uncomfortable, there is no cleaning at all - a lot of dirt, terribly boring guides with a low level of knowledge of English, they speak broken language, always switching to Russian.

Insufficient description of the program and living conditions from the organizers. From the description of the residence it is not clear that for the fitness + English program - accommodation in a double room, but a bathroom and a refrigerator are one for 3 rooms.
The rooms themselves are small, but generally normal. Although there is a problem with drying things, tk. do it nowhere. Curators, of course, send to the washing machines, but do not go to wash the fee in a typewriter, some sports shorts or a pair of shorts.
Further, the description includes a fitness certificate with the ability to work as a trainer - in fact, no, this certificate does not give anything, just a nice piece of paper.
Children who come for two weeks just pour into the already running course, calculated for a month; two missed weeks easily catch up with the presentation.
English lessons are just conversational groups, which is generally good, although they can not be considered a language-certified course.
Shorts with a T-shirt rely only on those who arrived for a month, and those who are only two weeks old - the ordinary T-shirt. This daughter got a T-shirt from the Football Academy.
But the most unpleasant moment happened to the child after the water park on July 27, despite the fact that the daughter was one of the first ready to leave, but she and two girls on the bus did not fit. And they just left. At the same time, at least two curators in this same bus fit. In response to the call, the curator very simply advised me to wait for the next bus, which will be only an hour later, because of what they are guaranteed to be late for dinner and for English classes. Why the curator did not put the child in the bus instead of himself is still unclear. The water park is located outside the city, the children had to be nervous, independently to look for a stop and the route of public transport and additionally pay a ticket to still have time for dinner. This is despite the fact that initially the representative of the camp assured that juvenile adolescents do not let out even to the nearest store (in fact they do, but this applies to pluses).
Also, an excursion to Berlin was very poorly organized; five-hour road in not the best bus without sockets, then an hourly delay due to parking. They only took an hour to walk around Berlin - it was not enough for anything. And in the end, they waited another hour and a half late. We returned after midnight.
