Sports & Military camp "Federation" is suitable for those who want to impress with their physical shape and psychological endurance, to cultivate courage and the will to win. The program is divided into two parts. One of them is devoted to sports and military activities, the second - the School of survival.

The program takes place on the territory of the recreation center "Vorobyovo" which is located 105 km from Moscow ring road in Maloyaroslavets district.
Accommodation: Children are located 3-4 people per a room. Children's rooms are equipped with single-tier beds, bedside tables, wardrobe. On each floor there are rooms counselors (2 persons), counselors are with children around the clock. On each floor there are spacious halls equipped with TVs. In the halls are held General meetings and group events. Accommodation in brick comfortable heated two-storey buildings with all amenities: toilet, shower.
Infrastructure: equipped cinema and concert hall (300 seats), library (2000 books), equipped games and club rooms, dance floor, indoor swimming pool with water filtration and purification system (the depth of the pool bath from 1 meter to 2 meters, swimming pool 2 times a week), football field, volleyball court, basketball court,table tennis, treadmill, equipped with indoor gazebos.
Meals: in a separate brick dining room for 300 seats, 5 meals a day. The food in the camp is varied, tasty, high quality with the obligatory daily inclusion in the menu of fruits and vegetables, juices and yogurts, as well as their own fresh pastries. During the day, children drink clean water, the camp is equipped with coolers with drinking water.

Security and health services:The territory of the base is guarded around the clock, video surveillance is being conducted, the entrance to the base is strictly by passes. The doctor is on duty 24 hours a day, there is a medical office.
Main program:
The main idea of the sports camp "Federation" – education of character, faith in yourself, the development of skills that strengthen the psychological and physical training, the manifestation of willpower, cohesion, the knowledge of oneself, of their abilities, to achieve a result, no matter what!
The camp is on the frontline ground, so part of the events will be devoted to the heroic defense of Moscow in the first year of the Great Patriotic War and the subsequent counterattack. We are in practice we will practice in military affairs, shooting skills, learn intelligence, topography, master the basics of military diplomacy, hand-to-hand combat, overcome obstacles, the action of the assault team, first aid.
A special place in our program is occupied by the School of Survival in Extreme Conditions, where we learn to survive in the wild, protect ourselves from animals, be able to find food and cook it, cope with stress, and help ourselves and others.

After the School of Survival, the children will learn the skills:
- Security on transport
- Safety on the water

- First aid in extreme situations
- Pathfinding, subsistence in the forest
- Auto – moto course
- Water – rescue training
- Tourist training (collection-analysis of a backpack, tents, breeding of fire, without access matches)
- Knitting different knots
- Water extraction
- Coping with stress (we will pass a special training dedicated to the development of stress-resistant qualities)
- Ability to warm or otherwise cool depending on extreme weather conditions
What's the result?

In the first half of the day and after lunch, the guys are trained at the training ground, in sports halls, shooting range, obstacle courses. In the evening, the guys are waiting for intelligent and entertaining programs in style theme of the change.
The result will be a final certification, where each participant will be able to obtain a certificate of survival.

Toothbrush in a case, toothpaste, toilet soap, soap dish, shampoo, comb, washcloth, bath towel, rubber shower slippers, interchangeable footwear for the body (necessary for all children), season clothes (change clothes), shoes by season, preferably 2 pairs (in case of getting wet): boots, sneakers, set of clothes for change: pants (not less than 2pairs), jeans, T-shirts, underwear, nightgown or pajamas. For sports activities on the street you need comfortable clothes and shoes. 1) The base is completely autonomous and has its own boiler house and generators for cases of general power outages - so even on the coldest winter days, we are always warm. There were even cases when during the massive outages of electricity in the area - our base was fueled by the nearest villages and settlements. So talking about bad heating is unfair.
