Vacation house "UMC Golitsyno" is a well-maintained vast territory, with comfortable living conditions, various meals, high level of service and, of course, infrastructure for outdoor activities.

Accommodation: standard rooms for 2-3 persons, in the room: single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, hallway. Bathroom – shower, sink, toilet.

Meals: 3 meals per a day with Swedish board system + afternoon snack and second dinner will be given by counselors. The nutrition includes meat, fish and chicken, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, juices. All children are always able to drink tea or clean water.

Security and health services:

The territory is fenced around the perimeter by a fence and is guarded by security agency professionals. In the administration building there is a duty administrator on duty around the clock. There is video surveillance.
On campus around the clock is our doctor who monitors the health of children and has the opportunity of direct communication with parents. For the period of stay in the camp, children are insured against accidents.

Main program:

The program of the children's camp "Leader - Step Up" is a great, well-thought-out adventure for a child. Each participant is sure to feel the joy of the perfect discovery, team victory and believed in their strength outside the camp walls. Also, it's a great opportunity to have fun with your friends!

Every session one of the most striking and memorable events is a role-playing game. Role-playing game reminds theater or spectacle, but only there is no text — pure improvisation.

The program can have possible changes, replacements, dictated by the weather and the wishes of the participants.

Day schedule:

Morning

Traditionally, the day begins with exercises, breakfast and workshops. The master class is an interactive form of training, where participants have the opportunity not only to learn something new, but also to consolidate their skills in practice in a playful way. After the master classes, outdoor sports games are held, followed by lunch.

Day

After lunch-time of quiet and intellectual games, and then strategic and team competitions, sports events. The program will include games such as "Ryukhi", "Loud conversations", "Cossacks-robbers-pirates","Diplomacy","Debate","Business is simple","Bureaucrat" and many other games and activities.

Evening

Every evening creative events are held in the camp: actors and Actresses appear on the stage, costumers and Directors worry behind the scenes. Thanks to the warm atmosphere, it will be easy for all the guys to Express themselves on stage in any role. "Masterpieces of rock and roll", "Evening of poetry", "Create, invent, try" - these are just some of the concerts that will be held in the camp. Once a shift we watch movies, which are usually rare and relevant for teenagers.

Shift schedule:

Day 1. Step Up to the new

The training introduction of participants and team leaders. The quest to get familiar with the area. Evening event with presentation of teams.

Day 2. Step Up to a healthy lifestyle

Active day with sports activities, running games, quests, as well as master classes on healthy lifestyles. We develop useful habits and take an important step towards the realization that HLS is great!

Day 3. Step Up to successful communication

Bleeding soft skills. Day of communication, live communication without gadgets. Training in effective communication skills, conflict resolution, personal effectiveness, positive thinking.

Day 4. Step Up to a clean planet

Learn how to sort garbage, what is recycling and secondary raw materials. Learn to distinguish between types of plastic, paper and metals. And most importantly, we will understand why you need to know all this and be able to.⠀ Let's step forward in understanding that "Mars will not fly", and our Earth needs careful treatment.

Day 5. Step UP to professions

Career guidance testing + consultation of a professional psychologist to choose the profile of the class and / or profession. We will provide an individual career guidance portrait after the end of the shift. An important day for the future of every teenager.

Day 6. Step Up to creativity

Creative workshops, role-playing game, thematic evening event. Throughout the day, our participants will rise a step higher in the most diverse creativity.

Day 7. Step Up to new heights

When we learn something new, we take the best.⠀Each participant decides for himself what suits him and what should be brought into the usual way of life. Warmly say goodbye and return to the usual things, but a little new, inspired and conscious.

Здравствуйте, Инга! Спасибо Вам огромное за отзыв! Обязательно передадим нашим вожатым похвалу от Вас!
Очень странно и жалко, что не понравилось питание, т.к. в этом году мы сделали очень многое, чтобы "шведка" стала разнообразнее и интереснее. Так же, мы получили много обратно противоположных отзывов о питании в этом году. Почти все, как вожатые, так и дети отметили, что оно стало наоборот лучше.
Мух и насекомых действительно много, т.к. лагерь находится в лесу, на природе. Но мы справляемся с ними лентами, и на каждом окне висит противомоскитная сетка, но они все равно умудряются проникнуть из леса к нам в корпуса.
Тем не менее, надеемся, что эти мелкие недостатки не омрачили общее впечатление от лагеря.
Ждем Вас с нетерпением зимой и в следующем году!

Здравствуйте, Анна Владимировна!
Спасибо за Ваш отзыв, позволим себе его разобрать:

1. "Сбор у метро Кузьминки, задержка отправления на час"
Вторая смена действительно уехала с задержкой, т.к. было очень много детей (3 автобуса), регистрация закончилась чуть позже, чем предполагалось. Отправка автобусов была запланирована на 11:00, а уехали они в 11:22. На это есть подтверждение путевого листа у транспортной компании. Информация про задержку отправления на целый час неверная!

2. "Детей в автобусы не запускали, чтобы там подождать"
Тут Вы сами ответили на эту претензию, т.к. "внутри как в
банке консервной, душно" День действительно был жаркий, т.к. летом бывает жарко.

3. "Так же и по приезду - чате написали, что приезд будет в 14:00"
В чате всегда пишется "Ориентировочное время" и "В зависимости от дорожной ситуации", и в этом же чате сообщается о задержках, пробках, технических остановках. Это не поезд, а автобус.

4. "В итоге родители прождали час на том же солнцепеке, пока не приехали дети. А если бы у нас не было этого часа?"
Нам очень жаль, что так получилось, но если дети в дороге захотели в уборную, мы делаем технические остановки. Именно поэтому автобус задержался.

5. "Моего сына не оказалось ни на одном фото"
Канал создавался как информационный, фотосессии мы в него не выкладываем. Все фото и видео со смен есть в нашей группе в ВК.

6. "Детьми не занимаются, моему ребенку было скучно, он сидел в телефоне"
С этой же смены нам пришло очень много прямо противоположных отзывов. Дети на наших программах заняты постоянно, начиная с самого утра и заканчивая вечерней свечкой. Свободного времени у них практически нет. Действительно, не всем участникам подходит такая активная и насыщенная программа, некоторые устают, и мы даем им время отдохнуть. Но заставлять мы никого не будем, у всех есть личные границы.

7. "До руководителей не дозвониться, хоть, их телефоны и указаны в закрепе в телеграме"
Так же в этом канале было написано, что руководитель ведет программу, он практически постоянно занят, поэтому, если Вы не можете дозвониться до него, напишите пожалуйста вопрос в Телеграм или WhatsApp, и вам обязательно перезвонят. Возможно вы пропустили эту информацию.

Нам очень жаль, что наш лагерь не подошел Вашему ребенку. Искренне надеемся, что вы найдете лагерь по душе!

По питанию: у нас "детская шведка". Меню согласовано со всеми инстанциями. У нас запрещены некоторые продукты, поэтому часто кажется, что еда пресная. Но то, что она полезная - это точно!

В лагере неповторимая дружелюбная атмосфера. День заполнен играми, мастерклассами, квестами. Каждая смена отличается благодаря интересным вожатым. Есть хороший бассейн, правда посещают за смену всего 2 раза.

Питание в 24 году стало хуже. В корпусе было много мух несмотря на сетки.

Четкая организация отправки в лагерь, интересные мастер-классы, замечательные вожатые.

- Negative

Есть некоторые нарекания по питанию:
- как по качеству (например, свою любимую еду - пельмени- ребенок 15 лет даже есть не смог, да и у других с этим были проблемы);
- так и по организации - пока последние отстоят в очереди, необходимо уже бежать на очередной мастер-класс. Но все это скорее претензии к базе отдыха, в котором проводится лагерь.

Хорошие условия, интересные активности. Подойдет детям с разным характером, тихих и малоактивных тоже вовлекают так, что они готовы участвовать.
Бассейн, лазертаг.
Есть телеграм канал для родителей с отчетом и фото/видео.
Очень оперативно решаются все вопросы (забыли взять зонтик - нашли решение как передать).

Однородный возрастной состав детей
Вожатые - настоящие трудяги: ни минуты покоя, полная вовлеченность.
Условия размещения и питание очень хорошие.
Дочь осталась в восторге от лагеря, приехала заряженная, собранная, активная. Телефон в лагере использовать было некогда, что очень порадовало.

Интересная, насыщенная, нетривиальная программа, камерная обстановка.
Дочь была уже в 4й раз в "Лидере". Очень жаль, что смены только по 2 недели (летние) и очень круто, что есть зимние со своей новогодне-волшебной атмосферой.

Максимально насыщенная программа. Полная занятость детей в течение дня. Питание шведский стол, всегда есть выбор. Отличные вожатые. Есть бассейн, правда идти далеко. Лазертаг понравился.

We went a second time. Daughters of 14 years. The program is excellent, children are always busy. And sports and intellectual pursuits. Great! Power is also like, there is always a choice!

Very much it was not pleasant both to parents and the child, that children of different ages in one group. Still, the age structure was supposed to be from 13 to 16. Teenagers have problems communicating and interesting pastime, the difference of one year is noticeable, and here 11 and 16. According to the child, there was nothing to talk about except to say hello. In the last trip the age difference was 1-2 years, common interests and topics for conversation, the daughter came more pleased. Another wish, a photoreport on the site is more interesting to organize, more pictures in the course of the day, for memory some pictures for children.
