The camp is located in Sochi, 15 km from Sochi city center (20 minutes by car), on the first coastline, in an ecologically clean area, in the village of Loo, Lazarevsky district, Krasnodar region. Distance from the airport Adler 40 km, from the railway station Sochi 5 km. Children's groups will be located in one of the buildings of the hotel, which is rented by the Health and Educational Camp, which has all the necessary permits for the reception and placement of children's groups. For 30 children - 2 counselors plus those adults who bring children. Leaders take responsibility for the life and health of children. In the building there is a medical center for children, 24-hour medical assistance.

Infrastructure: the center is equipped with a modern 16-storey building, has closed guarded territory; 6 classrooms; 1 mobile conference hall, designed for 500 people equipped with audio / visual equipment, own reception.

Beach: own equipped small-pebble beach. The length of the coastline is 250 meters. Use of umbrellas and deckchairs is free of charge. There is a transfer to the water park. On the territory there is a children's and adult outdoor swimming pools with sea water.

Общие лагерные игры и мероприятия проводятся для всего лагеря, но задания усложняются или упрощаются согласно возрастным особенностям ребят.
По поводу режима, вожатые всегда идут на встречу, если на тихом часу ребёнок хочет почитать, посидеть в телефоне, или поиграть в разные настольные игры, если это не мешает отдыху и сну других детей, если же ребята это делают шумно, то это не приветствуется, так как на тихом часу мы отдыхаем, как и должно быть в лагере. И если Вашему ребёнку запрещалось читать, значит он нарушал режимные моменты лагеря.
У каждого лагеря есть свои правила, в том числе и у нас, с которыми обязаны ознакомиться и родитель и ребенок.
К сожалению, Лиза очень часто не соблюдала эти правила и вожатые были вынуждены делать замечания, и проводить с ребенком воспитательные беседы, что и повлияло на обще впечатление от смены.
Я думаю Вы согласитесь, что в любом возрасте неприемлемо грубить, хамить и нецензурно выражаться в сторону взрослых людей, как это делала Елизавета неоднократно.
Если Вы пишите отзыв со слов Вашего ребенка, то логично, что имеет смысл писать от имени Вашей дочери, а не от всех ребят, так как мнение других о пребывании лагеря совершенно иное, о чем говорят благодарственные письма и родителей и детей в наших соц.сетях, а также в личных сообщениях и при заборе детей по окончанию смены.
Что касается атмосферы лагеря, то она создается, в первую очередь, вожатыми, так как специально разработанные игры для разных возрастов способствуют сплочению коллектива в первые дни, что и помогло ребятам подружиться и стать единой командой, очень жаль, что эти вещи Вы не учли.

Хотелось бы Вам пояснить некоторые моменты относительно Ваших замечаний.
Стоимость путевки обусловлена не только проживанием и питанием, а также работой квалифицированного педагогического состава, расходов материалов для проведения программы и многих других вещей, поэтому у Вас немного искаженное представление при сравнении с отелями, где за детей не несут никакой ответственности, даже, если там есть аниматоры и программа не имеет никакого отношения к педагогической деятельности.
Что касается сломанной кровати- то она была такая одна, а не весь номер из сломанных кроватей. Более того, после того, как поступила информация о том, что кровать сломалась- неисправность сразу же устранили в течение 20 минут.
В детских лагерях не предусмотрены отдельный шкаф на каждого ребенка. В нашем лагере 1 шкаф на 2-х детей, но при этом у каждого имеется своя тумбочка для хранения личных вещей.

По поводу фото-отчетов, Вы вероятно не смотрели в нашей группе в ВК, там целый альбом и в нем с 3 смены 895 фото со смены, посмотрите, пожалуйста, там).
Спасибо за Ваши замечания относительно работы вожатых, мы обязательно все учтем. После 3 смены Анастасия уже не работала у нас, так как к ней было много вопросов.

This year for the first time the daughter sent 10 years to the camp for one shift of 10 days. I chose a camp on the Internet. I was interested in the Incamp camp.
Previously I talked with the camp director Galina. She talked for a long time about the advantages of the camp, missed only one important point - that this will be one detachment of children of different ages and peers from them will be very few. Our age was not one girl, there were girls older or younger. English classes are held every day, they are conducted by a native speaker of English (rather American) language, the daughter did not understand anything, although after her calls, she was gradually translated by the counselor and teenagers. Therefore, she felt not very comfortable in these classes and she did not want to visit them. But everything else was wonderful (accommodation, food, games, entertainment, activities). As a result, my daughter liked the camp, she met new friends, was the first time without parents, she became more independent. We are especially grateful to Elena, who was constantly in touch and quickly reacted to various situations. The daughter came back though and strongly tired, but as a whole happy, though on the second change to remain did not want and even asked home ahead of schedule (basically because of English). I liked quests, swimming pool, outdoor games, discos. In any case, thanks for this rest to all the camp staff!

I had from the very beginning a very large request to all representatives of the camp: my daughter has very thick long hair. I informed the director of the camp, the counselor, in detail in the questionnaire, that this is very important, since such a dense hair the daughter can not herself brush her hair properly and that help is needed (it was necessary to make pigtails to someone). As a result, she changed her hair somehow herself, took hair in her tail, eventually ran disheveled and her hair was hot all the time, her hair was very tangled when we took her from the camp, she even had to cut off some of her hair with scissors. That is, the importance of this moment for me was in fact ignored. I emphasize that the shortcomings are still the absence of peers in the detachment, which I have not been warned about beforehand, and as for English, I do not think that classes with children of cardinally different ages are both useful at the same time. The child does not feel comfortable when he does not understand what the native speaker is talking about. When the daughter was brought to the collection point for the children to be sent to the camp, there was confusion with the design, it was not clear where to go, who collects and formalizes the children, since most of the children gathered and went to the usual Iskra camp, which we did not know about, no one informed us. The weather was cold and it was necessary to stand outside for two hours, that is, there was nowhere to sit, it was cold, the children were tired of waiting for departure. In general, these are not the most serious shortcomings, mainly the rest in the camp of the daughter liked. We can recommend this camp to other children. But we probably will not go to such a camp.

Dear Rimma, thank you for the detailed review of our camp!
And still, I would like to respond to your comments and give them a valid answer:
1 Detachments in the camp are formed at 3 ages: the youngest from 7 to 11, the senior from 12 to 13, the senior from 14 to 15 (16). Katya was settled with girls of her age. Alina was 11 years old, Lena 12. Also, there were boys of her age. Yes, indeed the detachment was generalized, since the group formed into English small, but they even became more friends than when they were divided into detachments before that. Of course, in the future we will try to prevent this from happening, so that the children were each in a detachment of their own age.
2) In regard to English, we immediately responded to your requests and asked our leaders who are fluent in English to translate and help Katya. Also, the groups in English are divided, solely, according to the level of knowledge, and not by age! This is an important
moment, since children of different levels can not study in one group only because they are of the same age, then exactly the lessons will not be effective. Accordingly, the child falls into that group, depending on what level of knowledge of English he has.
3) As for combing the hair, we of course took into account your wishes and, if possible, helped Katyusha to comb them and collect them, also we asked for this from other girls who willingly agreed to help Katya, but for some reason she herself did not want to go.
4) And the last moment is the organization of departure. We always inform on the basis of which DOL we are holding our camp, so for us it's news that you did not know about it, that the children will live in the Iskra dole territory, besides, it is written in the contract. It is possible that you simply missed this moment. Also, we do not regulate our departure, when the whole camp calls in. 400 children undergo medical commission, respectively, until all pass it, no bus from the place will not move, since everyone is riding a general column with the traffic police.
