Recreation center "New Forest Fields" is located 15 km from the Moscow ring road on the Gorky highway in the vicinity of the city of Balashikha. The center is located in a pine forest in an attractive proximity to Moscow, but at the same time, at a sufficient distance to fully experience the delights of a country holiday.
All participants live in a cozy, comfortable rooms for 2-3 people. Toilet and shower on the block. The rooms are equipped with wooden beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps. The building has halls with upholstered furniture and tables for creative and entertainment events. 5 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner) + late supper.

Хочется сказать спасибо всем, кто обеспечил отдых нашим детям! Спасибо вожатым, руководителям и всему персоналу!! Мы сами частенько приезжаем отдыхать сюда на турбазу, поэтому знаем, какое здесь отношение к гостям. В этот раз отправили своих ребят на летнюю смену “Поколение Z” в детский лагерь «Счастливые лица». Территория просторная, воздух свежий, спортивные игры на улице. Что ещё нужно для счастья?😂

Сын повредил ногу на территории об какой-то камень, но ему оказали медицинскую помощь, все хорошо.
Дочке было мало дискотек 😂

Ребёнка отправляли в первый раз, переживали, но зря) Ребёнку понравилось, в моем детстве не было такой занятости в лагерях)) А тут даже английский, мастер классы - в общем круто! Ещё в лагере детям рассказывали про семейные ценности, мы были приятно удивлены.

1. Питание несбалансированно. В полдник бесконечные булки с соком. Каждый день. Фруктов в меню за 2 недели я так и не увидела. И это летом.
2. Скудные развлечения: несколько вечеринок, а все остальные развлечения построены по принципу "слепи дракона из пластилина", "раскрась картонный щит" и т.д. Возможно мой ребенок избалован впечатлениями, но ей в 9 лет было скучно. За 60 тысяч за 2 недели хотелось чего-то более интересного.
3. Перед отъездом собрали "на руки" по 2500 с тех, кто хотел бы получить фотосессию своего ребенка. Когда я получила фото, то была в шоке. Фото сняты на телефон, человеком, неумеющим фотографировать. 2/3 фото ребенка еще найти надо было, а на оставшихся она с перекошенным лицом, открытым ртом и т.д. Надо отдать должное - деньги вернули.
4. Ну и самое шокирующее. Неделю ребенка унижали и обижали, обзывали, давали пинки и подзатыльники в комнате. Вожатые реагировали фразой "так нельзя!" (Это подросткам-то, еще пальцем погрозили бы). В четверг, перед выездом, информацию донесли таки до руководителей (либо те наконец на нее среагировали), провели беседу ("давайте жить дружно, хотите разъехаться в разные комнаты?, нет?, ну и славно). К счастью, в пятницу смена закончилась. Ребенок рассказал только дома о произошедшем.
Когда я задала вполне логичные вопросы руководителю, то получила получасовой непрофессиональный разбор моей личности и психологических проблем, которые у меня есть с точки зрения Елены, и которые виновны в том, что случилось с моим ребенком. Если бы у меня не было проблем, по мнению Елены, то и ребенок бы кричал на всех углах о том, что над ней издеваются. Что умеет Елена, так это перекладывать вину с себя и своих сотрудников на родителя.
Когда я обратилась за консультацией к детскому психологу (настоящему), то оказалось, что молчать это нормальная реакция для ребенка, который никогда не сталкивался с насилием. Дети не знают как реагировать на такое.
Судите сами о компетентности данных сотрудников, если они неделю не замечали, что ребенок находится в подавленном настроении и с ним что-то происходит.

В этот лагерь отправляю сына уже во второй раз. Всегда ждет с нетерпением поездки, заранее списываемся с ребятами и вожатыми. Мне как маме очень нравится каждый день видеть фото в вконтакте и инстаграмме лагеря, смотреть, чем они там занимаются, что делают, какие мероприятия там проходят. Очень удобно! Есть и спорт, и творческие кружки, бассейн тоже есть, но мой не посещал, не успели сделать справку. Нравится еда, вожатые отзывчивые, забыла положить с собой зубную пасту, к вечеру уже принесли, за это отдельное спасибо.

Добрый день!
Сына отправили в лагерь впервые, в этом году, поэтому были готовы ко всему... Но к нашему удивлению и радости домой через 2 дня не запросился, каждый раз когда звонил, говорил что ему все нравится, особенно вожатые Дима, Катя, Настя, которые были не просто наставниками, а прекрасными друзьями. Корпуса хорошие, в номере был душ и туалет. Со слов сына, кормили вкусно, можно попросить добавку, что мой и делал)) Что касается развлечений, их было предостаточно: пионербол, футбол, квесты, творческие мастер-классы, выступления и многое другое. Очень запомнились сыну дискотеки и проведённый в лагере день его рождения!!

Хотела бы написать отзыв про лагерь «Счастливые лица». У меня двое детей, ездили уже второй раз на разные смены по возрасту, вернулись в полном восторге!
Много творчества в лагере, проводились мастер-классы.
Хорошие условия проживания (дети отправляли фото), пятиразовое питание с выпечкой.
Все прощались со слезами на глазах, дети просятся ещё раз поехать летом.

Ориентировался на отзывы на разных платформах, волновался, так как дочка поехала в лагерь первый раз, 7 лет.
Но в целом сомнения были напрасны.
Ей понравилось, она общительная, со всеми познакомилась. Когда вернулась, была под большим впечатлением и без умолку рассказывала о лагере. Вожатые были хорошие, дети участвовали в разных новогодних мастер-классах, ходили в бассейн, играли в лазертаг.
Ребёнок доволен – это Хорошо

Для меня главный критерий – это счастье ребёнка, поэтому я могу поставить Счастливым лицам пять звёзд. Понравилось, что ребёнок привёз из лагеря для меня новогоднюю поделку. Видно, что организаторы заинтересованы в своей работе, а не отрабатывают часы за ЗП.
Также дети расписывали глазурью печенье, рисовали песком, ходили на дискотеки. Впечатления у дочки остались положительные!

Дочка 11 лет, ездила на смену выходного дня перед Новым годом, ей понравилось, хочет еще. Что меня лично очень порадовало – у дочки появились новые друзья, хотя она довольно скромная. Ещё большой плюс, что дети не сидят в смартфонах, все выходные были расписаны разными активностями и играми, ходили в бассейн. Организация трансфера, встреча детей и безопасность на высоком уровне.

Отправили с женой сына первый раз в лагерь на Хеллоуинскую смену осенью. Мы переживали, так как у него довольно сложный характер, тяжело общаться со сверстниками. Однако сыну очень понравилось, мы даже не ожидали. С этой поездки он реально изменился в лучшую сторону. Стал легче на подъем и нашёл хороших ребят, с которыми они и сейчас общаются.
Мы очень благодарны организаторам! Спасибо!
Собственно, сейчас сидим выбираем ему новогоднюю смену в этот же лагерь, хотим сделать сюрприз:)

Last summer, my son first went to a country camp. The experiment was not entirely successful - after a week we had to take the child home. In principle, my child is open to everything new, so in the spring I again undertook to choose his camp for the summer. The main criteria were a short shift (up to 12 days) and the orientation of the camp. And, of course, reviews on all kinds of resources. So in my field of vision came the camp "Happy Faces".

Change Jungle name that we have chosen is very interesting for younger students. A lot of quests, games and running around on the street, plus laser tag, pool and interesting, non-trivial master classes. I speak as the mother of a child who cannot stand being creative. Even this could inspire, amazing! Children have free time, they do not lead the system from one event to another. They can play group games with counselors, and they can also run nearby. Well, there is a quiet time when they get their phones. This moment is also well thought out. After all, in the afternoon, after dinner, few people would think of being depressed and complaining to their parents, you need to have time to quickly tell all the news and play.

At first, I was very tense when my son called, everything seemed to me that today, without fail, he would begin to ask home. But no, he liked everything. But ahead loomed Parent's Day. I probably wouldn't have gone, but the children prepared a concert. Let's go, having decided for ourselves that if we were going to cry, we would take what to do. Parents were taken only for 2 hours, but during this time we looked at the concert, strolled around the territory, and chatted with the child. He was already bored, of course, but he was not asked to go home, hurray!

There were, of course, experiences, tears, bruises, and misunderstanding with roommates. Special thanks from us to the counselor, especially to Serezha and Polina, and to the teacher, Elena Arkadyevna, who throughout the shift encouraged, calmed and settled conflicts. The child felt comfortable, it is entirely the merit of the team. And we, the parents, were in the know due to good feedback from the camp administration.

The son liked the counselors - young, playful, always help and reassure, if necessary. The camp administration is very friendly, ready for dialogue, able to resolve conflicts. The feedback is good, you can always call or write, respond quickly and react. Every day on the camp page laid out detailed reports with photos, noted and praised especially distinguished children. You could contact the camp administration at any time in the office or by phone.
In general, we seem to have found our camp.

Perfect organization of the day. Children enthusiastically carried out all tasks, from cleaning the rooms to games. They sent their son 9 years in June 2018. The child is in wild ecstasy. Last year we were in another camp, we have something to compare with. 2 weeks have flown by! Children are constantly engaged! The programs are very interesting and fun for them. There were also games with water and war paint and archery and laser tag and a lot of other things. Last year the son was bored and asked to go home. In this he said that there is no time to be bored and for a week he has been asking for the next shift. Yes, phones are given for a limited time, but I'm only for! They are playing and talking, and not sitting in gadgets! In general, very advisable. And probably in a week again we'll go there)))

Two boys were sent to the camp for 10 years for the winter holidays in 2018.
Both returned unhappy, said that they would not go there again.
Before that, 2 times were in another camp ("Rainbow"), returning satisfied.
Claims: not very friendly counselors, took for the whole day a phone (issued for 30 min in the evening), not a very interesting program, swimming in the pool for 20 minutes.
I, as a man who grew up in Soviet camps, reacted philosophically to their discontent. But I will not send them back to "Happy faces".
Since the faces of the children on their return did not look happy at all ...

Thanks for the feedback. According to the rules of the camp, the junior squad is given out once a day to ensure that the children have the most rest from electronic gadgets and that they do not interfere with the game process. Indeed, there are camps where children are allowed to use telephones / tablets at any time, usually this is done when the counselor has nothing to occupy the children (and the children are happy about it). We regret that the child did not like the program, although the program was saturated with various master classes, quests and games, perhaps other interests of children. As for the pool, the children swam in the pool not for 45 minutes, as usual, but for 30 minutes, since in winter it takes more time to dry hair, cool down, and avoid colds.
