Recreation Camp by the sea Sports Thematic Tourist Out of town For children 13 - 18 years old

We invite experienced participants of our programs and their friends, as well as those who have never been on our programs before, to a serious naval game. The program includes three units Slavic, Roman and Viking squad. They differ from each other in culture, values, and traditions, developed over the past seasons of the program. To dive into the atmosphere of the game, the participants choose a characteristic name for his squad, we give stylized clothing: linen shirt, pants, headdress, belt, fibula, woolen cloak. The bottom dress and shoes are personal for each participant.

Camps of participants are located on the island of Sidorov at a distance of not more than 150 meters from each other. Guys and instructors live in large multi-seat tents, canvas tents (for 5 &12; 12 participants) and a stone house for 5 people. The resettlement occurs according to the distribution in the detachments at the request of the participants.

Sleeping in sleeping bags, on felt felt. Things are stored in backpacks, in a separate tent. Instructors and team supervisors live in the same rooms with their participants.

The participants prepare themselves together with the instructors on a campfire site, covered with awnings, or on a wood stove. Firewood is harvested under the guidance of instructors. The dishes are washed in the sea. The toilet is wooden. The bathhouse is located on the common territory of the three camps. Wash the participants in the stream and at sea.

In the sea and hiking tours we spend the night under a tent, by the fire.

The team is always with the participants. We have satellite communication facilities and good contacts with the local Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The camp is constantly a doctor, and instructors have the necessary means of communication.

Main program:

At the beginning of the program, participants choose a unit in which they will live. The first stage of the program - the stage of formation - passes inside the detachments. Participants receive tourist skills (they learn to cook at the stake, orient themselves in the forest with the help of a compass and map, set up a camp camp), participate in fencing exercises, practice the sea (rowing, sailing, setting up a storm camp).

The second part of the program is military-game. This year we put the scheme in order, make it more free and dynamic. The units are given self-government - this means that the curators of the detachments at this stage take the position of observers, insurers, advisers.

As the enemy will be a squad of robbers. This is a group of student volunteers under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

Detachments themselves decide what to do - to fight, travel, rest. At the disposal of the participants are three sea boats and a safe weapon at all.

The team of instructors uses their many years of experience to ensure maximum freedom of action for participants.

Day schedule:

The schedule of the day depends on the subject of the classes and the characteristics of the detachment. For example, a Viking squad spends a lot of time at sea, on ships and will have lunch, usually outside the camp.

Must have at least 8 hours sleep and 3 meals a day.

In the second part of the program, participants themselves form the regime of the day while maintaining sleep and nutrition norms.

What to take with:	It is important that the participant collected his things on his own and knew where they were in his backpack. When collecting and packing things, it should be borne in mind that when loading into a car and on a ship the backpack will be thrown and it can be laid under other things. Put dishes, hat, sweater and waterproof jacket in an easily accessible place – they will be needed when navigating by ship. Do not take unnecessary things – participants will have to cross the rocky terrain on the island with their backpack. Put all things inside the backpack, some items make it difficult to load, interfere with transitions. When selecting items, it is worth considering that things made of wool, linen, cotton are more hygienic than most synthetic products. In addition, natural materials are less affected by the occurrence of fire sparks.
