IP Russia language camp with intensive English language learning is a joint project of the British IP school and the Russian company Booking Education. Our teachers are only native speakers with certificates (CELTA) in teaching English as a foreign language . We offer a great opportunity to dive into the English-speaking environment. Summer Camp &la IP Russia » in the suburbs is a joint project of the British School of IP and the Russian company Booking Education. We offer a wonderful opportunity for children and adolescents aged 8 to 17 years to immerse themselves in learning a foreign language with qualified teachers from the UK, for whom, English is native. &Nbsp; IP RUSSIA English The camp is located on 33 hectares in a forest park area. From the Moscow Ring Road 50 km.

Security and health services:

The territory and in the buildings are organized 24-hour security. The territory is fenced, has 1 entrance / exit. Entrance to the territory only by passes. A medical office with a doctor is available during the day. In addition, a full-time medical worker with 24-hour availability is working in the camp.

Main program:

25 English lessons per week . On a well-maintained territory (with a football field, a gym, a bowling alley, a museum of military glory, a beach and many other amenities) it is possible not only to actively spend time, but also to enjoy the charming scenery and comfortable atmosphere of summer holidays. What to take with:	Clothes for sunny and inclement weather, headdress, sports clothes and shoes, windbreaker for inclement weather, comfortable shoes for walks through the forest, a form for classes in a choreographic studio, a change of personal clothes of at least 5 sets, we recommend taking costumes for carnival nights (preferably), smart clothes, raptor and mosquito spray, first aid medicine that your child takes as first aid (headache, runny nose, throat), callus plaster.

Уважаемая Оксана.

Спасибо большое , что нашли время на такое развернутое повествование.
Хочу напомнить, после того, как Вам сообщили, что ребенок заболевает и назвали симптомы, Вы попросили купить ей средство, чтобы она сама промывала нос, т.к. у неё так часто бывает, и девочка умеет все делать сама.
На следующий день, ребенок пожаловался, что ей не становится лучше, после этого мы попросили Вас забрать дочь и т.к. впереди была целая неделя.
Вам предложили поправиться и привести ребенка на следующий заезд ( это не прописано в договоре, мы просто хотели, чтобы ребенок получил то за чем приехал и идем на эти издержки). Вы с радостью согласились, т.к. Наташе очень нравилось у нас.
В начале следующей недели Вы сообщили нам, что были у врача и он Вас выписал в пятницу спросили у нас можно ли приехать не в воскресенье , а в субботу, мы разрешили. Через день ситуация поменялась, и Вы начали требовать деньги за неотбытые дни, да, я спрашивала Вас почему так получилось, мы уже внесли в списки ребенка и оплатили пансионату за ее пребывание. Вы не хотели слушать никаких аргументов, с Вашей стороны были только угрозы различными инстанциями.
Мы Вам выплатили сумму, которую Вы обозначили несмотря на условия договора, напомню, он подписан с вашей стороны.
Отзывы на этом сайте на 150% написаны родителями, чьи дети отдыхали и учились у нас и никто со стороны не может на них повлиять.

1. Во -первых клиенту понравилось обучение, все, как и ожидали. Полный курс обучения - минимум 2 недели, так построена программа у преподавателей. Курса 1 неделя у нас нет (первая неделя- тестирование, образование классов, знакомство , вводный курс, все программа начинается на 4-5 день обучения, это и понятно дети учатся в разных школах, разным методикам, первый раз увидели друг-друга), а так как к нам едут в основном из-за языка, то и продавать недельные смены не эффективно.
2. Мы не продаем недельные путевки. У нас есть система "1 неделя" только для детей 7-9 лет, о чем написано и на нашем сайте, и на сайтах партнеров. То, что у нас система работы "нон -стоп" - да, об этом мы говорим всем клиентам и это так же написано на сайте, есть возможность приехать , без выезда, и на 2,3,4 и более недель, так же есть возможность продлить свое пребывание. Если клиент заключил договор на 2 недели, например, то он, по условиям договора, не может по своему желанию расторгнуть его, пересчитать и т.д.
3. Ребенка забрали в основном из-за того, что он не смог найти взаимопонимания с ребятами. Мы всегда идем навстречу детям и здесь не решает только вожатый, если проблема возникает, то это выносится и обсуждается на планерке и всегда решение в пользу интересов детей. Видимо там другая причина еще была.
4. Живут ребята в комнатах по возрасту, учатся по знаниям. Система нашей работы не камерная-отрядная, у нас все мероприятия и жизнь детей в течение дня совместная и на уроках, и на кружках-секциях , и на вечерних мероприятиях формируются смешанные команды, т.е. в одной команде дети и 7 и 17 лет, а как по другому могут выполнятся задания, или как может соревноваться отряд 7-9 лет с отрядом 15-17 лет? Младшие учатся у старших, старшие помогают малышам.
5. В комнатах действительно 2 кровати и диван, на диваны кладут матрас и он ничем не уступает кроватям.
6. Перемещение по территории самостоятельно запрещено, только в сопровождении стаффа, это техника безопасности и мы должны знать , где находится ребенок. Если каждый пойдет куда хочет, зачем тогда организация нужна, это же не отель с аниматорами, ребята едут на определенную программу и об этом мы обязательно говорим всем клиентам, всегда звучит от нас фраза " у детей нет свободного времени, все часы расписаны".
7. Дискотек, как таковых у нас нет, у нас проходят тематические вечера, где участвует каждый отряд с каким-то подготовленным номером, в перерывах, ребята танцуют, кто не хочет, сидит или в холле, или на лавочке рядом с шатром, уйти самому в комнату, действительно нельзя, но если это взрослые дети и есть какая-то причина, то провожаем в комнату, такого чтобы держали насильно нет.

Надеюсь, что разъяснила Вам нашу систему, очень жаль, что ребенку не понравилось.
