Мы очень дорожим здоровьем наших детей, поэтому в кратчайший срок сообщили Вам о состоянии здоровья и рекомендовали Вам сразу сдать анализы на кишечную инфекцию у ребенка.
К сожалению, о Ваших подозрениях на действия соседок по комнате мы узнали уже после смены. Мы постарались разобраться в ситуации, но не нашли никаких доказательств подобного. Мы пообщались с родителями других девочек и они сказали, что ничего подобного не было. Если у Вас есть какие-то доказательства того, что другие девочки делали подобное, очень просим отправить данные на почту.
Мы крайне дорожим нашей репутацией и никогда до этого не сталкивались с такой ситуацией. Обычно ребята, приезжающие на наши смены, очень классные, добрые и воспитанные, но мы конечно не можем быть на 100% уверенными в порядочности абсолютно всех. При наличии каких-либо доказательств причастности других девочек, мы обязательно начнем разбирательство.
Наши вожатые всегда находятся рядом с детьми и постоянно контролируют происходящее. Также дети остаются с Вами на связи каждый день, поэтому важно, чтобы бы родители доверяли нам и при любых возникающих беспокойствах сообщали нам информацию, чтобы мы могли отреагировать как можно быстрее.

По вопросу замечаний: питание для детских групп регламентировано законодательством РФ, есть очень много ограничений. Мы в вопросе питания сами выступаем клиентами Базы отдыха и в этом сезоне можем сказать, что оно было очень качественным при соблюдении детского СанПина.
По поводу погружения - мы будем экспериментировать в этом направлении на межсезонных сменах.
Весь вопрос в том, что полное "погружение" на 2-недельной смене это большой стресс для ребят с начальным уровнем и очень усложняет процесс адаптации и раскрытия их личностей. Это возможно, но начиная с определенного уровня владения языком. Все-таки в первую очередь мы лагерь и наша задача обеспечить ребятам комфортную атмосферу.
Но мы будем пробовать на коротких сменах осенью, присоединяйтесь!

К сожалению, ежегодно мнения по вопросу питания у нас делятся на полярные - кому-то нравится всё и едят ребята лучше, чем дома, а для кого-то - непривычно или не нравится.
Но обратите внимание, что питание для детских групп строго регламентировано законодательством РФ, есть очень много ограничений. Мы в вопросе питания сами выступаем клиентами и предъявляем требования к Базе отдыха. По оценке нашей команды в этом году оно было одним из лучших возможных на просторах Московской области в рамках СанПина.
Надеемся, этот вопрос не омрачил отдыха и удалось получить максимум удовольствия от смены!

It is more convenient either on the eve of departure so that the Parents take some of the things from the child, or on the day of departure in the morning, as is done in some camps. The first-aid post was very disappointing! His health workers do not want to treat children! They watch TV during work and, being afraid of getting infected, they are more likely to evacuate patients by handed them medicines. Spray your noses and throat with just one nozzle! The counselors do not have the necessary control over the children where necessary: they cannot go downstairs and climb stairs alone, but during the quiet hour the children roam and make noise around the floor. Requests addressed to counselors passed ears! They are very inattentive in this regard. The situation was saved by a constant appeal to the director. It is not right. The following situation is also very incomprehensible: when collecting in Moscow, we noticed some numbers near the names of the children. When asked what this means, counselors answered, this is for your counselors. It turned out that these are room numbers! Children have already been distributed in the rooms! And in general, children unfamiliar with each other get acquainted during a long trip, and then they are bred into different rooms! After all, we asked about it. Divided into units. Until you ask in what unit your child twice, they will not say. What are the secrets? In other camps, it’s very convenient: the child already knows his squad in advance, get on the bus according to the squad, get to know each other, and then settle in with the company. In general, the experience is very ambivalent! It seems to be a camp belonging to a high level, but with such violations! The first-aid post should be your own! So as not to depend on local aunts-doctors! This is the biggest unpleasant impression.
After reading the reviews, I remembered about another huge minus: autumn there are few photos and video reports with children! Stories disappear in a day. I saw my child for a shift 3-4 times briefly. In other camps, everything is laid out in Telegram and remains there. You can see and copy many times. Then just get out of there. There are more activities in the first week. Then everything slowly subsides. One of the dance teachers left after the first week. For a shift, only two discos, and this is a dance shift!

Indeed, the second week (more precisely, 5 days) is always more relaxed and family-friendly, as planned.
- on the issue of resettlement and distribution of squads: we very carefully and before the shift form the squads and resettlement, take into account the wishes of those traveling with friends or relatives, look at the age and interests of children, distribute counselors, and make small adjustments on the bus during the trip when we’ll already see who arrived, and sometimes - in exceptional cases - and upon arrival, if both parties in the resettlement rooms agree. The number of places and rooms we have is exactly the same as the number of children, so the distribution work is almost jewelry for the whole team and we do not allow parents to participate in this work, it is very in the way, please understand. This work is invisible to you and the children, but thanks to it, we start our program from the first hour after arrival, and do not spend time on resettlement and relocation. In addition, there are only 50 of us on the shift and it’s not necessary to sit down and be friends only with our squad, we communicate throughout the camp.
- on the issue of the first-aid post - there are good doctors in the state, there are those to whom we also have our own questions, as elsewhere. But I also draw attention to the fact that only first aid is provided in the camp and, with your consent, help with minor ailments. For other cases, you must contact a medical institution.
- on the issue of monitoring children: the guys with us not only walk up the stairs, but absolutely everywhere. This is very important and easily explained by law. On the floor, the guys are also under the supervision of counselors. At a quiet hour, our rest time is quiet, but free, we are not allowed to make noise where the guys really want to sleep or relax, but walking on the floor is allowed.
- thanks for the tip about the director. I’m just for this and I’m here - to take your requests directly and distribute them according to counselors, believe me, they have a lot of tasks per shift and it’s much easier to receive tasks and comments from me, this is how our system works, I informed everyone about it by the bus.
- about the photo: we try to do it more often, but not always in time. But we have photos from the photographer on each shift, which we send for free) I and most of our counselors have more skills and talents in pedagogy, psychology, creativity, languages, dances, sports, and we are not friends with technology. We try very hard to ensure that accommodation and meals meet the desires of children and parents, the necessary standards, and the level of affordable prices. The accommodation on your shift was at a good level, and with our move to Kolomna the level became even higher, although we managed to keep the price: the rooms are bigger, the food is now not buffet but the buffet.
As for the schedules - everything is done in advance, but since Oksana was the most active visitor to the equestrian club, I had to make some adjustments for her :)
