Добрый день, благодарим Вас за отзыв.
Очень жаль, что Маша уехала раньше. Как она сказала вожатым и старшему педагогу — это ее третья смена за это лето, она устала от лагерей и хочет побыть дома. Стоимость мы сразу пересчитали и написали Вам. Ждем реквизиты, чтобы сделать возврат.
Все, что Вы пишете про наших вожатых, не соответствует действительности. Все вожатые проходят подготовку. Конкретно на Машином отряде работали две прекрасные девушки, обе с высшим педагогическим образованием, работающие в данный момент в школе. Одна из них - учитель музыки, у которой были прекрасные отношения и с детьми в отряде и на кружке, который она вела. Обе вожатые очень добрые, ответственные и творческие девушки, точно не подходящие под Ваше описание.
В столовой лагеря система выбора блюд и даже если ребенку что-то не нравится, он может взять альтернативу.
Комаров на этой смене действительно не травили, т.к. их не было. На более ранних заездах они были и территория от них регулярно обрабатывалась.
Очень жаль, что Маша не осталась до конца смены, как Ваша старшая дочь София, которая была звездой отряда, везде участвовала и уезжая в последний день говорила всем всем спасибо за смену.
В любом случае мы благодарим Вас за отзыв и сделаем все возможное, чтобы лагерь стал еще лучше!

1. Одежду дети стирали сами в раковине. Для больших вещей- это проблематично. Отдыхал ребенок раньше в другом лагере, поскромнее и подешевле, там раз в неделю отдельно по комнатам собирали вещи у детей для прачечной.
2. Материалы для творчества покупали и привозили родители (бисер, мел, скотч, ножницы). При такой большой стоимости путевки - это всё могли бы выдавать в лагере.

Добрый день, Галина Юрьевна. Прочли Ваш отзыв и очень удивлены. Для каждой смены мы покупаем очень большой набор канцелярии и материалов для творчества, не только ножницы и бисер, но и краски Холли, Эбру и другие более дорогостоящие материалы. И это все всегда в большом количестве. Лето закончилось и мы увезли из лагеря очень много не востребованного материала. Про купание вы абсолютно правы - в этом году мы (как и другие лагеря) не купали детей. Ковидные ограничения для лагерей были продлены до 1 января 2024 г. и мы предупреждали всех об этом заранее и детей и родителей.
Хорошо, что Маше все понравилось - для нас это главное.

Очень хороший лагерь! Дочь в первый раз поехала - ей очень понравилось. Кормят очень вкусно, и полезно к тому же. Программа насыщенная и интересная. Отдых от гаджетов.

Из-за ковидных ограничений нельзя посещать детей, только через ворота лагеря. Сотовая связь не очень хорошая.

A sufficient number of counselors for the detachment, interesting programs, a good selection of staff - the counselors really liked the children, the time limit for using gadgets.

Missed one moment, important for the younger units (7 years). After the pool, the children did not dry the towels and swimming trunks, the next day they put on wet clothes. After my request, the truth counselors began to tell the children about drying, but there was only one visit to the pool. Please keep this in mind in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, for the moment this is the best accommodation conditions from the camps of the Novosibirsk region. In the rooms there are large wardrobes with individual shelves and divisions for each child.
In the next 2-3 years our new, modern camp will open with fundamentally different conditions, where everything will be taken into account! We will always be happy to see your child in our camps!
