Location: Children's camp "Yolka" is located on the vast territory of 70 hectares of children's park "Nehlyudovo", for which daily care professionals. The Park is open all year round, including weekends and holidays. The Park is divided into two zones: reserved and for active recreation with the whole family. In addition to the protected natural beauty and historical heritage, each visitor has access to two modern residential buildings, basketball, volleyball, football and mini-football grounds, an indoor swimming pool, various sports equipment, as well as facilities for various events.
Accommodation: 2-5 persons per a room. Camp buildings are designed for comfortable and healthy rest. All the necessary amenities are in the renovated rooms, and the view from the Windows of the picturesque pine manor will create a sense of calm and comfort.
Meals: 5 meals per a day. The entire menu is prepared by experienced chefs of the center and served hot. If the child is allergic to any product or does not eat meat, the camp organizers adjust the menu, leaving it balanced and nutritious.

Что мне понравилось:
-На территории только лагерь "Ёлка", чужих нет.
- Представитель лагеря всегда на связи с родителями.
-У детей днём не отбирают телефоны, то есть ребёнок на связи (при этом в телефонах они не сидят - некогда). Отбирают на ночь и раздают, к сожалению, не всегда с самого утра.
- Дочь хвалила еду, а главное - ела её.
- Нам присылали фотографии, много, фото своего ребёнка за предыдущий день каждый день видела.
- Была возможность дозаказать ребёнку перекус прямо в лагерь (на полдник тут дети едят свой перекус)

Ребёнку было скучно. Были в этом же лагере в прошлом году на смене мезовой. В этом году решили попробовать смену эллиана в первый же день сын спросил могу ли я его забрать пораньше, на мой вопрос что случилось сказал что очень скучно. Ещё минус, что в конце смены я попросил у администрации справку что ребёнок находился в лагере, попросил оригинал, на что мне ответили, что администрации сейчас некогда этим заниматься хотя время было 9 утра. Очень странно что за такие деньги администрация не может выдать справку в день обращения!

Хорошие условия проживания, современный ремонт, большая охраняемая территория лагеря. Вожатые-активные, творческие, душевные, профессионалы своего дела! Очень насыщенная программа с интересными квестами. Был и бассейн с теплой водой и сауной, соляная пещера и катание на лошадях. Питание порционное, пятиразовое, максимально полезное, но хотелось бы, конечно, по системе "шведский стол" или заказное меню, так как ребенок не всегда наедался.

В этом лагере были уже в 4-й раз. Атмосфера в лагере необыкновенно душевная. Вожатые очень хорошие, ответственные и внимательные. Дети круглосуточно находятся под присмотром. Каждый ребёнок может выбрать для себя интересное занятие. Условия проживания хорошие. Также нравится освещение жизни лагеря по дням.

Очень атмосферный лагерь, приятные вожатые. Бассейн, конюшня

На ночь забирали телефон, перепутали зарядки. Шнур в итоге чужой, часть зарядного устройства вообще потеряли. Было обидненько, так как зарядное устройство было родное.

У детей расписана буквально каждая минута, постоянно интересные мероприятия, все вовлечены, все участвуют, скучать и сидеть в телефонах некогда. Прекрасное расположение, высокие смешанные деревья, очень живописно. Вкусное питание, ребенок в первый же день написал: "А еда здесь вкусная", потом писал "Супчики топовые", при этом он довольно привередлив. Отличные вожатые и весь персонал. Хочу сказать огромное спасибо за замечательную организацию детского отдыха! Вернемся

Близко от города, можно в любое время приехать к ребенку, маленькие отряды, в целом интересные сюжеты на сменах (кроме Эдасферы)

Еда невкусная, ребенок добирал печеньем, привезенным из дома. На смене Эдасфера очень не понравилась вожатая, приходилось связываться с лагерем, чтобы решить возникшие вопросы. Сюжетная линия на смене Эдасфера была не продумана, не соответствовала описанию на сайте.

Здравствуйте! Нам очень жаль, что первый опыт в Ёлке оказался для вас не самым положительным, но хотелось бы отметить несколько моментов:
1. Наша стоимость складывается из уникальной авторской программы, различных активностей, ежедневные посещение бассейна, конюшни и соляной пещеры, профессионального педагогического состава и одной из лучших баз в Подмосковье, что требует достаточно больших затрат, поэтому мы вынуждены делать такую стоимость, чтобы не страдало качество исполнения;
2. К сожалению, еда в лагере не всегда нравится всем, так как это, прежде всего, дело вкуса. На сменах у нас очень часто бывает, что мы получаем отзывы от родителей, что дома ничего не ест из домашней еды, а в лагере наоборот. Кроме того, после смены @Эллиана @несколько родителей даже запросили у нас контакты компании, которая организовывает питание, чтобы предложить его в своей школе;
3. Миша и Ира были вовлечены в программу и постоянно во всём участвовали, а в финальный день, когда ребята защищали проект Ира была со слезами на глазах, потому что ей было грустно уезжать и она отметила, что очень хотела бы вернуться;
В любом случае, мы приняли ваши замечания и проведем серьезный разговор с базой и компанией, которая организовывала питание, чтобы несколько переделать меню

Интересная программа, позитивные вожатые, в коллективе царит дружелюбие и поддержка, квазар (свечка) нестандартная и в процессе него можно больше разобраться в себе, природа вокруг и чистый воздух, актёрская игра вожатых на высшем уровне, интересные квесты, катание на лошадях.

не всегда есть время помыться, питание на троечку, мало времени чтобы покупаться в бассейне (15 мин), потом в спешке за 10 минут ели успеваешь помыться и высушить голову.

Здравствуйте! Большое спасибо за отзыв, а также хотели бы принести извинения, что сложилось впечатление, что гигиенические процедуры были в спешке. В воде в бассейне у нас дети всегда находятся не менее 40 минут, а далее сушатся. Возможно, что несколько раз решили пожертвовать временем купания в пользу сушки волос, но это никак нас не оправдывает. Уже провели беседу с базой насчет корректировки меню и увеличением времени пребывания в бассейне

Потрясающая организация, продуманность сюжета, вовлечение детей и даже родителей в сюжет, добрые вожатые. Ребенок ехал первый раз в лагерь и оказался в полном восторге. Кормят хорошо, за здоровьем следят, вещи стирают, заботятся и развлекают. Дети постоянно заняты. Для родителей - чат с ежедневными фотографиями детей и планом дня. По любому вопросу - на связи. Приехать к ребенку можно в любой удобный момент. Место тоже отличное. Лесок, площадки, свежий воздух. Ребенку очень понравились лошадки

Всё со слов ребенка. Вожатые стараются, дети всё время чем-то заняты. Понравились лошади.
- Negative
Взаимодействия между вожатыми, постоянно конфликтуют. Попытка занять 100 % дневного времени идёт в ущерб качеству, и ведёт к усталости самих вожатых и детей. Лошади в одно время с бассейном. И то, и другое очень коротко, один круг на лошадях, 2 по 10 мин. в бассейне.

Наши смены являются одним большим театральным представлением, где у каждого персонажа есть своя роль. Возможно, наши наставники немного переиграли, раз так отложился в памяти этот искусственный конфликт.
Наши наставники очень любят детей и свою работу, поэтому даже с таким темпом у них всегда горят глаза.
Мы гордимся нашей программой. Действительно, мы занимаем 100% времени. Однако у детей есть всегда возможность отдохнуть.
По поводу бассейна и конюшни:
Бассейн и конюшня проходят параллельно, это создано специально, чтобы каждый ребенок ежедневно смог сам выбирать куда он хочет пойти. Мы стараемся всегда давать детям выбор, чтобы воспитать в них самостоятельность и, конечно, ради их комфорта.
Также хочется отметить, что мы научно-фантастический лагерь, где конюшня и бассейн являются дополнением к основной программе. Занятия с лошадьми по времени у одного ребенка занимает около 20 минут, однако на бассейн ежедневно каждому отряду выделяется час.
Надеемся, что Кате понравилось путешествие в мир Мезозоя и парка юрского периода, поэтому будем ждать вас в ЕЛКЕ снова!

Удобное расположение, отличная команда увлеченных молодых людей, которые создают уникальную атмосферу для детей и сами максимально погружаются в создаваемые образы. Бассейн и соляная пещера, находящиеся в здании лагеря, прогулки на конюшню и катание на лошадях. Еще не маловажный момент, быстрая обратная связь. Ну и лагерь существует много лет, несмотря на многие сложности и перепитии и становится только лучше.

Как таковых недостатков нет, единственное я бы добавила различные площадки на территории, а то немного пустовато.

Возможно, при посещении лагеря вы не дошли до основной части, но, тем не менее, с каждым годом мы добавляем новые постройки, так что приглашаем вас оценить прогресс в будущем. Ждем вас в Елке снова!

Был момент, ребёнок неделю просился домой, после выяснения причины и сигнала руководству лагеря, помогли решить проблему. Но здесь не угадаешь, с кем из детей попадёшь на смену. Все же руководству лагеря стоило бы самим обращать внимание на такие моменты.

Не понравились вожатые, со слов ребенка его отряду вообще не повезло с вожатыми, плохо продумана программа - дети целыми днями сидели и изучали динозавров, было мало подвижных игр, квестов, спортивных мероприятий почти не было, дискотек и костров не было. По сравнению с другим лагерем, ребенок сказал, что больше не поедет в этот лагерь

Нам очень жаль, что этот визит в Ёлку вас расстроил. К сожалению, иногда бывает, что не всегда находится общий язык между сотрудниками и ребёнком, но мы всегда стремимся нивелировать подобные ситуации. Возможно, что ранний отъезд друга Кирилла повлиял на его эмоциональное состояние, но мы всегда рады "негативным" комментариям, чтобы улучшать работу.
Однако, хотели бы отметить, что на смене "Мезозой" было несколько вечеров (можно посмотреть фотоочтеты) у костра и много подвижных игр, но мы не заставляем ребят в них участвовать, если они устали и хотят просто понаблюдать. Кроме того, в лагере Ёлка нет стандартных "лагерных дискотек", где дети предоставлены сами себе, но об этом, мы всегда предупреждаем, ведь каждая смена в Ёлке - уникальная вселенная с авторскими мероприятиями и неповторяющимися активностями.

Совершенно нет связи с организаторами. Не по причине отсутствия связи. Звонки идут, но никто потом не перезванивает. Было неск критичных моментов. По приезду ребенок 2 дня не мог получить полотенце. В день посещения в телеграм канале просили предупреждать о приезде за 15 минут. В итоге, мы и предупредили, и с проходной названивали, и охрану просили связаться с Елкой. В итоге, помог случайно проходивший мимо вожатый другого лагеря, чуть меньше часа ожидания и вуаля. По-моему, так не делается.
Ребенку 12 лет было очень скучно, а 8 летняя осталась довольна.

Дело в том, что на базе, где мы сейчас работаем очень часто сложно дозвониться и даже если идут гудки, то мы не всегда можем ответить. Организаторы стараются решить эту проблему, чтобы подобного не происходило.
Нам очень жаль, что вам пришлось потратить своё время на ожидание у КПП, но мы ежедневно, на смене отправляем план на день и предупреждаем, что во время мероприятия не сможем сразу же привезти детей, так как они погружены в атмосферу и не хотелось бы её нарушать. Мы будем работать над улучшением подобной ситуации.
Программы в Ёлке достаточно сильно отличаются от большинства лагерей и бывает так, что та или иная тема может быть не всегда интересна ребёнку (например, палеонтология на смене Мезозой, где вы были), но задача нашей команды погрузить в выдуманный мир и помочь узнать много новой научной информации.

Неплохое питание, но небольшие порции, всегда можно попросить добавку, размещение детей, конечно никак на фото на сайте incamp, но нормально, фото отчёты для родителей и распорядок дня

На мой взгляд программа лагеря более ориентированы на детей до 12 лет, подросткам более старшего возраста уже не очень интересно. Маловато материально-технического оснащения для проведения активностей. Плохая организация выезжать автобусов, задержка. В прошлом году читала много хороших отзывов, но не было мест, поэтому в этом году решили поехать в этот лагерь впервые, честно говоря, не оправдал ожидания.

Каждый день Ёлки разделён на условные блоки: подвижная игра, развлекательные квесты, творческие мероприятия и интеллектуальные игры. Всё это обязательная составляющая каждого дня, но мы не заставляем принимать участие, если ребёнок устал или хочет просто понаблюдать.

Суперский коллектив, адекватные и понимающие вожатые. Кормят вкусно, думаю 8/10, иногда даже были роллы и бургер. Ещё чай был несладкий! Это было так прекрасно, что было сравни чему то реально потрясающему, ведь ТЫ САМ мог положить себе сахар, и другие бы могли спокойно пить свой чёрный идеальный горький чай. Комнаты более менее, вода в доступе. Программа дня насыщенная и интересная. Иногда были недостатки в ней, по типу - бегайте в 25° туда сюда как тараканы и выполняйте задания. Но в общем и целом я бы приехала во второй раз. Лучший!

Ржавый душевой поддон, маленькие комнаты, мало времени на мытье, прозрачная дверь в ванную, маленькие порции в столовой. Условия на новой базе так себе, интернет почти не работает, дозвониться тоже невозможно. Организация хромает: отъезд и приезд задержали на час, фотографии выкладывали раз в три дня и мало, сняты плохо.

Нет достаточно свободного времени для гигиенических процедур (душ, мытьё головы) Юридически неграмотная администрация,в договоре не прописано время заезда (не трансфера), выезда самостоятельно, по данным лагеря будет кэшбек 20%, его нет, приходится вести переписку с программой лояльности.

Мы достаточно удивились, ведь Лиза ездила к нам с первых дней существования лагеря (с 2017 года) и когда покидала территорию базы 3 мая 2022 года, то была в восторге и говорила, что ей очень понравилась смена и она будет рада вернуться. Также мы удивлены, ведь вы проработали медсестрой несколько лет на нашей старой базе, которая весьма сильно отличается по условиям и расположению от новой.
Хотели бы ответить вам по пунктам:
1. Одиссея была насыщенной, но не самой загруженной сменой, где бывала Лиза и в течение всего дня вожатые следили за тем, чтобы у каждого ребёнка было свободное время для личной гигиены
2. В договоре не обязательно должно быть прописано точное время заезда, но день и все остальные важные юридические нюансы есть. Трансфер также прописан и он довозит детей как до лагеря, так и от, которым вы воспользовались
3. Туристический кэшбек у нас был и все его получили, кто успел забронировать до 15 апреля, ведь туристический кэшбек действовал исключительно до этого числа, а вы забронировали только 26.04 и мы сразу предупредили, что, к сожалению, кэшбека не будет, но предложили скидку
Мы будем работать над ошибками и надеемся, что взаимоотношения с руководством, на прошлой базе Ёлки, никак не повлияли на данный отзыв.

Близко к Москве, но при этом в лесу, чистый воздух, прекрасная территория, большая. Очень классные вожатые, программа - дочь была в восторге. Размещение и питание дочь тоже очень хвалила. После "ёлки" съездила в другой лагерь (расхваленный), приехала в целом довольная, но если выбирать, то говорит, "только в ёлку"!!

Очень понравилось! Дело в том, что брали путевку в дорогой знакомый лагерь с размещением - отель и шведским столом. Смену отменили, не набрали народ. Срочно за несколько дней пришлось искать замену, "Ёлка" смену набирала, туда и поехали. Переживали. "Ёлка" очень сильно уступала по фоткам тому, "дорогому" лагерю. Но когда забирали нашу девочку, она сказала, что "Ёлка" намного лучше, веселее, и вообще ни в какое сравнение с тем лагерем не идет!!! Хотели даже снова взять путевку на триместровые каникулы и пропустить школу))))! Но одумались. Поедет 30 апреля - 3 мая, уже купили. Рассказывала о лагере целый день по приезду!!! Очень-очень все понравилось.
1. День расписан по минутам, программа насыщенная, дети все время заняты.
. Бассейн ежедневно!!! час! И там же посещение сауны.
3. Готовят вкусно! Хоть и не шведский стол и привереда, а в лагере ела всё и очень понравились и каша и борщ!! (чего дома не ест).
4. Близко к Москве, хотя этого в лагере не ощущается, красивый лес, а вот быстро доехать - это отлично! 5. Одни сплошные преимущества, хотя мы туристы, избалованные морями и дорогими отелями. И конечно, как без организаторов, вожатых, без них ничего бы не состоялось!!! Коллективу лагеря огромная благодарность!!!
Ездила девочка, 10 лет, весенние четвертные каникулы, в комнате жили вчетвером, все удобства в комнате.

Очень интересная и насыщенная программа в лагере. Каждая смена тематическая, дети не просто отдыхают, но и познают что-то новое.
Вожатые быстро находят общий язык с любым ребенком, очень добрые и искренние люди. Дети это чувствуют, поэтому им в лагере «Елка» очень комфортно и интересно.
Корпус лагеря с современным ремонтом, чисто и красиво. Дети проживают в комнатах со всеми удобствами.
Территория лагеря большая и очень красивая.

Самое главное - дети в восторге и не сидели в гаджетах! Кроме того, в захлеб рассказывали о Тесла, атомах, смешных задачках! Плюс активности - бассейн, квесты на улицах! Территория прекрасная, настоящий камин в общем зале. Все понравилось.

Прекрасный лагерь, дети были впервые и очень хотят вернуться. Каждая смена на определенную тему - познавательно и интересно. По данной теме игры, квесты. На улице также проводят время очень активно, играют. Бассейн и соляная пещера понравились. Не хотели уезжать. Питание хорошее, со слов детей все вкусно. Телефоны на ночь забирают, но ими и не пользовались /что удивительно для моих/ я бы на всю смену забирала и раздавала перед сном родителям позвонить)) Спасибо большое вожатым и организаторам, лагерь прекрасный!

На каждой смене мы создаем родительские чаты в Whats App и делимся телефонами всей организационной группы. Политика нашего лагеря - отгородить вожатых от общения с родителями, чтобы они сосредоточились исключительно на работе с детьми.
Мы всегда в курсе всех событий в лагере,. У нас существует отдельный чат, где вожатые мгновенно сообщают о всех конфликтах, повреждениях и особенных ситуациях.

Отказались возвращать деньги за несостоявшуюся смену в марте 2020г в связи с ситуацией с Коронавирусом. Поехал ребёнок только в январе 2021.
Мы бы и так подождали, все все понимают, форс мажор, но лагерь пообещал возврата денег сам, когда начались звонки от родителей. Попросили сканы документов, написания заявления на возврат ден средств, которые должны были поступить на счёт через 2 недели. Через месяц лагерь прислал новые письма, сообщив, что денег не будет, счета арестованы и перестали отвечать на телефон, любой! Даже телефон гендиректора, к которому можно было обратиться по любым вопросам, как лагерь писал в письмах, молчал!
Мы ситуацию отпустили и попрощались с деньгами мысленно.... как оказалось рано)

К сожалению, возврат средств регулируется не нами, а организацией, частью которой является лагерь Ёлка, поэтому нам очень жаль, что не всегда получается производить расчет в короткие сроки, но мы всегда предлагаем потратить сумму на новые смены у нас.
Также нам грустно, что Роме было скучно в некоторые моменты, но мы приняли ваши замечания и будем рады улучшать нашу работу.

Кроме того, в любое время дня дети могут сообщить вожатому, что ему требуется отдохнуть и мы с радостью предоставляем время для дополнительного отдыха.
Одиссея в мире биосферы, действительно, была очень насыщенной и научной сменой, но мы надеемся, что полученные знания останутся надолго и вдохновят детей заниматься наукой.
